I don't know if this means anything but speaking of Grant Gustin this advice really reminds me of the very wise advice that Jay Garrick once gave to Bart Allen about "Some Times You Just Gotta Take Your Helmet Off" Meaning some times you just gotta stop running and just slow down. Translation everything the very same Advice that The Flash just gave in this video. I think I'm going to add this a my own individual Comment as well so that every one can see and learn from it.... I hope.

@MascuPsyche no problem dude! If I may be so bold, I would like to make another request: dick Grayson aka Robin/Nightwing talking about moving on from tragedy. Dick lost his parents and his way of life at a very young age before being adopted by Bruce. Sure Bruce is a billionaire living in a mansion but that's meaningless without his parents. But Bruce showed Dick his true nature and trained him to be Robin. He caught the men responsible for his parents death but that didn't stop there. Robin later became the leader of the teen titans then the Titans as nightwing. Sure he and Bruce had a falling out but dick still loves and respects Bruce and made so many friends and allies. He even has a hot alien gf in starfire. Dick is at peace because he had so much support and has helped so many people that the tragedy no longer affects him. It helps to use that pain to help others and to make connections. Just a thought lol
