Rippen_Crippen Oh no, fun fact this was the only death battle which I basically already had known everything they said. I knew Wally could still be a bit faster I knew they both had hax resistance. I knew Wally could mess with the fate hax. I knew base Sonic is a stomp, but his other forms would make it hard. And more.(Plus Wally is my favorite DC hero)
In case you're wondering? Wally and Barry can use their powers to disrupt magic. Barry did it when he teamed up with Frankenstein and the rest of Justice League Dark, he disrupted magical constructs that were made from *the Magic of Doctor Destiny, Swamp Thing and the House of Mystery,* as shown in *Justice League Dark (2011) issues 20-22.* Barry even did it again when he and Wally raced, thus resulting in *all Magic and the Green* being in pain with the amount of energy they were distributing in *the Flash 2016 issue 49.* So Wally and Barry can pretty much hurt even Super Sonic and Ultra Sonic, since they're using magic and emanating magical auras. Also yes, Barry can steal speed as well, he said so himself *(Justice League Vol 3 Issue 38.)* But he needs to be in contact with the individual thing or being in order to do it.
Archie Sonic scared u lol. Like Wally may have won but there’s no way u can say it’s an easy win for Wally unlike Barry vs Quicksilver. You are biased but U at least acknowledged how broken Archie Sonic really is; not just some “stupid hedgehog”
Ray & Danii honestly it was about time there was a REAL death battle. This matchup is arguably the most even on their series and I can argue Sonic does beat Wally. Either way the real losers are the haters.
The only way something like existence erasure can even work for a versus debate is if it's scaled to the character's power, which is the general consensus on debate forums and also what Death Battle usually do with weird abilities. Beerus' hakai is probably the best example. The official research blog puts the Speed Force at a higher dimensionality than the Chaos Force, so odds are Wally could erase Archie Sonic permanently. There's even a pop-up in the episode near the end of Sonic's analysis that explains why it's unlikely that the Ultimate Annihilator actually erased Sonic from existence, as it erased and then restored all of Mobius, not just Sonic. It's more likely that the Billionth Ring transported Sonic away like when warping with Chaos Control.
@@csk7769 Thing is though was the Ultimate Annihilator's self destruction sent out a shockwave that destroyed Parallel Realities. Considering its the *Ultimate* Annihilator, it can be scaled above the Xorda's Quantum Bomb which erases that ruptures the Space-Time Continuum to create black holes. Using the context of the story; the side-effects even reach the No-Zone which runs through every timeline in the Multiverse. Ultimate Annihilator and No-Zone are casually 5D which these given feats so its actually pretty inaccurate to say Chaos Force is only 5D when Chaos Force canonically scales above MaginaryWorld and matches Nigh-Omnipotent entities like Enerjak and Solaris who wield Omniscience in their truest forms. Just another side fact; Image Comics/Top Crow works in the same way as Marvel when it comes to crossovers. They both see every story as canon to their Multiverse since it only adds to the complete Omniverse. The entire plot of Super Sonic Special #8 is the Image Comic's version of Robotnik called Ian Droid detected a near Omnipotent-Source of energy which was the Master Emerald. He planned to use its energy to rewrite the entire Image-Comic's Multiverse [Which includes Spawn who has an Omnipotent God & Devil battling the Omniverse] which has 20+ Dimensions in its own Multiverse as well. Nobody is able to stop him so it takes Knuckles becoming Chaos Knuckles/Chaos Force to reverse the machine and undo the entire Crossover; returning the Emerald back to its place.
Speed Force conduits are the most powerful beings in all of fiction period when they aren't outright making a mockery of physical laws they're weaponizing them into attacks so powerful even gods wet themselves they have perfect counters to any and all other abilities being used against them hell during Crisis On Infinite Earths Barry Allen essentially took a retcon to the face and even that didn't keep him down permanently there is no answer to the question How do you beat a Speed Force user?
After they wrote in Barry is the source of the speed force, all of these feats instantly became Barry's, as it' s stated he can do the same stuff. Barry is #1, at best they're tied. Dr. Manhattan bodies all of them.

He may generate it but he isn’t as in touch with it which is why he’s slower than Wally, and no dr. Manhattan can’t beat Wally cuz Wally literally gained all of Manhattan’s powers. @@loftywastaken2386 You're not thinking about Potency vs DC (Destructive capacity/capability).. If it's a stronger fire, which it is, it would naturally just overpower Todoroki's fire. It doesn't need a wider range to reach Todoroki. Zuko is a much better fighter, and can able bend Todoroki's fire itself, something they gave Toph vs Gaara (which is another dumb battle, Gaara destroys her). They can't even stay consistent.

Forward. If you get a good look at the "time imagery", you can see Ultra Sonic waiting until his Ultra state expires and the Super Emerald separates from him.
Like what they said, speed wasn’t the factor in this fight. It all came down to experience with stuff (and Wally’s Infinite Mass Punch, but that can’t do anything to Super or Ultra Sonic) and Wally had experience for sure.
actually i kinda of wonder some facts that happened? like, they said the emeralds were a OMNIPOTENT and INFINITE energy field because of the Chaos Force, and still somehow was able to counter that? Also, Sonic Reality warping powers have no limits stated on the comics, and still sonic got countered on that too, my god, is db even using the same arguments they searched for?
I’m just glad y’all know that Sonic is more than just some “stupid hedgehog” he’s an absolute POWERHOUSE. Just know for future reference, Death Battle tries to make these match ups as close as possible, so if another match up that seems far fetched comes up (like this one), just know that they probably chose those specific characters for a reason, and you shouldn’t immediately dismiss the character based on what you know because chances are you probably don’t know everything. Rh Hr I think the only exceptions are ones that are ones that are highly requested, like Thanos vs Darkseid. Sometimes they change it up, in case they feel like it’s too much of a stomp like with Ben vs GL

Yeah, the Archie Comics run of Sonic had no oversight or restrictions for it's writers for most of it's run, meaning writers could do whatever they wanted.
Technically he didn’t out run the black flash he was in front for a while but he only survived by out smarting it though he is A LOT faster now so I think he could probably out run the black flash now
I love sonic and Archie sonic is pretty much unbeatable. He's stupidly broken but I knew wally was gonna win bc wally has a counter for most of Sonics powers and forms. Against anyone else sonic would win but I'm happy with wally winning.
I knew Wally was going to win because of Death Battle’s bias towards dc characters but I still think Archie Sonic should have won and this is coming from someone who prefers DC over Sonic. This is a lot like Ben 10 vs Green Lantern where they cherry pick feats from the other side so the DC character can win. Also in any versus debate I feel like going back in time is always a BS way to win because you didn’t beat your opponent you just killed them when they were in their weakest state.

As I said I prefer DC over both of these properties but I am a fan of all of them and have the knowledge to know who should really win. While I feel you can make a solid argument for Wally Beating Sonic (even though I still disagree) Literally the entire vs and power scaling community called death battle out for the BS that was Ben 10 vs Green Lantern.

The battle really could go either way. IMO it should have been a tie. both are so stupidly powerful it's kind of a waste of time debating these two. Against anyone else these two flat out stomp and against each other they counter basically everything the other has. There are some things DB got wrong, like chaos energy being physical or the fate thing being a beam (lol xD) Chaos energy is far more akin to magic or god powers, considering it's main function in the series is manipulating TIME of all things. If sonic just never stops collecting rings, he could stay in his forms indefinitely theoretically. Sonic can move while time is FROZEN, meaning he can think while time is frozen. If he's this fast he would see Wally disappear from the timeline when he went forward to cancel Sonic's form, only to reappear moments later. The issue is Sonic is that fast too and can just...leave. At least until EVERY multiverse zone Sonic can access runs dry of rings, but who knows how long that'll take. My point is, Sonic could DEFINITELY win this, and obviously so could Wally. I don't think it was nearly as bad as B10 v GL, but it wasn't entirely accurate either, like they wanna claim they are. They also don't mention things like the ring of knowledge or the sword of acorns among other things, or the Dr Manhattan thing for Flash, but I don't know too terribly much about DC things, so I'll leave pointing out the flash things they left out to someone who would know.

I've seen this battle done various times before death battle did it and more often than not sonic came out the winner. Now that death battle has done it even tho I feel like it was a lot of technicalities like a lot of there death battles that helped wally win. I still think it was a good fight.

Big Liar dr Manhattan Wally would be considered in the same vein as sozens comet it’s something that doesn’t happened all the time and it’s only happened once it isn’t apart of his standard arsenal this was wally at his peak with no outside enhancements
