Think twice before you buy, because if you want to return or replace it could be a nightmare for you, as they don't have standard customer support & only thing you could do is just to play e-mail email, which they never bother

This comment is with my personal experience. I bought mattress and pillows from flo mattress and the products are very good. But the cost is too high when compared with other company in same segment. The customer support is literally hell. It took 2.5 months for one of the product to reach me. When I raised request for return, they took 1+ month for sending packing material. After sending the packing material, its been around 2 months and I still didn't get my refund. They will not respond to our emails and calls.

Delivery is late. but it is worth waiting if you want good quality and comfort mattress at economic price. Purchased two matress and using it for few months. No issues.
Paid for one 41 days ago, got one msg at 2.00 am at night that order is on the way with FedEx tracking number. Tracking id shows a box of 190x 45x45 is on the way for delivery but it's weight is 0.1 kg.( 100gms). Even empty box should weigh more than that. Not sure what will be delivered tomorrow. Fingers crossed
Same in Current Situation amazon said they delivered today .. then after next call amazon said wait for flo mattress response for 48 hour what should i do should i cancel and get my refund from amazon ???
I am very much scared i have ordered from flo mattress that too costly mattress.its been 15 days And still there is no sign of delivery they are showing.
Mam, I know that you are scared but believe me the mattress is really good The video is my frustration from the services which were provided to me by Flo mattress but believe me the mattress is good it's not that good to wait for 90 days but yeah it's great I waited for 93 days and I don't want anyone to wait for that much time that is why I made this video they contacted me after this video and they are really sorry about it they are trying to improve it but I don't see any improvement yet.

same thing happened to me i order the ergo matress on 27 feb and they freaking lost my matress after making me wait for 25 days !! although i got the refund after calling daily !
Aap ne bilkul sahi kaha sir same to same mere sath bhi hua hai . 21 oct 19 ko order kiya tha aaj tak pata nahi hai . 1 pair pillow free dene ki bhi baat kahi aur is sambamdh me mail bhi kiya flo compny ne lekin kuch bhi nahi mila . Aakhir me amazon ne payment refund kar diya. Flo ka kahna hai ki fir se order karo 10 din me bhej denge. Chu....ya banate hai Aap sabhi sawdhan rahe flo mattress bilkul n kharide. Order copy Mail ki copy aur voice recording sab available hai

same happened with me.. they promised me a free pillow and dint giv.. these flo guys spend soo much money on promoting through youtubers and dnt pay attentions on improving service
I HAD PURCHSED THESE PILLOWS AFTER SEEING THE REVIEWS ... THE QUALITY IS GOOD BUT THESE ARE TOO SMALL A SIZE AND NOT AT ALL OF THE SIZE AS THEY MENTION... POSSIBLY THIS SIZE ONLY THEY GIVE TO THE INFLUENCERS FOR GETTING GOOD REVIEWS !!
I am extremely disappointed with Flo Mattress. Despite ordering 40 days ago, my mattress hasn't arrived, and their customer support is unresponsive. The delay in delivery is unacceptable, and attempts to contact them have been futile. Save yourself the frustration and avoid Flo Mattress at all costs. Their lack of professionalism and nonexistent customer support make for a terrible shopping experience.
Video made out of frustration, that I see, but if money is not a problem, why don't you order it from Flo website and then see the service? Ask amazon to refund after that

I should have watched this video before ordering this mattress, their customer service is pathetic they are not replying on time. After purchasing the mattress auto mail received that it will take 6weeks time for delivery and I'm trying to cancel the order they are not responding properly.

I am also a victim of Flomattress.. False promises.. They are such a rubbish firm, I have ever experienced. Never ever think of buying it ,they will steal your money,and make you suffer a lot,it's been almost 2 months,no refund or delivery.. Startup or Looters....?
I don't recommend to any one. 100 days trail is just bogus. They do not take the product return. What they will reply to you is Your address is not Serviceable for pick up. I wonder for delivery it is not a problem. But for return they do have service issues. And they also ask us to move the product to serviceable pincode. Is it kind of joke?

Never order a mattress from this company in life because once you order your money will never be refunded and your order will not be delivered on time, you will get very upset
