I watched last year as you prepared the garden area with pruning etc. and I love to watch again as you clean old brush out,fix the faucet and dig the earth.Can't WAIT to see as spring comes on and things bloom and the outside work you did on painting and roof and new windows really shines in the environment!

Great job, Joana and Diego! The grouting and borders made a huge difference with the way the kitchen looks. I hope that you've picked out a huge tv and couch to put in the living room to enjoy with the fireplace going. By the way, who were the two family members who helped you with the grouting? What were the shrubs that you planted outside?

You're both so young, fair play to you both having so many skills that's a fantastic job you's have done. My husband can't even cut a railway sleeper straight 😅 you should see my raised beds in the garden 😢

Your husband may not be interested is cutting things straight. Why don’t you cut the next ones? There are hundreds of YT videos available to tell you what kind of saw you need, what kind of lumber, how to cut a straight line, strongest corners… the learning possibilities are endless. You could have exactly the life you want without depending on your husband.

Next time you need to tile around door jambs, take a saw and cut a slice off the bottom the size of your tile thickness. Then you can just slip the tile underneath when laying them. No need to patch or grout then.

A tiler had tell you to take silicone for the joints between the wall and ground tiles. Because of cracking of the joint mortar in that corners. Alert of water damage on bottom and wall. May you have to scratch out the dry filler and silicone them anew. But in all . . . incredible work. Well Done.
