Using her bright and bold color palette, Jane creates a fun painting of a flower stall on a beach at an island destination. Her teaching style is laid back and easy going. Jane I know what you’re feeling. My son passed away suddenly 6/ 23/23. I was devistated and didn’t paint for awhile, but once I started again it eased the pain as I could relax again.

Jane, I lost my oldest son suddenly with a stroke. My painting also saves me. At first I couldn’t paint, but then I started again, and my happy place returned.

Wow Jane, hope your son is going to be okay. My son is going to be 30 this year and lives out in Utah, and I worry about him everyday. Not easy being a mom! I'm a painter too and it's been my saving grace more than once. Glad you go to painting to get through these hard times!

Hi Jane, I’m so sorry to hear that your son is not well. I know how stressful that is. My daughter fought breast cancer at 27. She is well now, thank God. I’m praying the same for your son, that he will be well and all of this will be a distant memory in the near future. I have you all covered in prayer. My canvas is bone try when I start painting. I tend to paint in the cool color tones, and I love how the contrasting orange and red peeks through and adds pop to my painting.
