The Hanged Man card is based off of the Norse God Odin. He intentionally “hangs” himself upside down from the Tree of Life to GAIN a new perspective about himself and the world. I just wanted to share that connection. I love tarot and I love history. The connections are real, and while there are many Divination Tools, tarot is one of my favorites. It helped me on my journey of self discovery and my subconscious mind. I was able to heal trauma from this life and past lives. I recommend it for anyone on this personal journey of self discovery. The 22 major trump cards explain, using picture symbolism [Jung's universal archetypal symbols that inform dreams] the 22 glyph-letters of the Chaldean Flame Alphabet, known today as the Hebrew alphabet. Long before tarot, the "32 Paths of Wisdom" included 22 that were assigned to the Hebrew letters. In Kabbalah, before the 12th century and the Fez colloquia that created tarot, the minor arcana related-and still does-to the Tree of Life in the following way : ace through 10 // the ten sephiroth; King // Chokmah /wisdom; Queen // Binah / Understanding; Knight // Tiphareth / Beauty; Jester [Joker] // Malkuth / Kingdom. Tiphareth is also the Bridegroom, while Malkuth is the bride. Much of ancient Hebrew wisdom and symbology came directly from the priest class of the Egyptians. So what appears to be uniquely Jewish, like all religions at that time, is really an amalgamtion of Universal wisdom from many sources-beginning with Egypt.

Well the fool itself can signify new beginnings or a new journey and that's kind of what it does here it introduces you to this idea so it's not that misleading.
Had a couple card readings done out of curiosity, was first given the fool, and was secondly given the magician whom the fool apparently meets first on his journey. Pretty neat!
Wouldn't it be the one light shone thru the 10 sephiroth and its mirrored version. Meaning 22 refracted rays. Nothing to do with other lives it's to do with letting each ray shine Into you and helping create balance
