Are there any clubs that are as esteemed as this when it comes to legendary players?!

Club produced players who went onto play for: Rangers, Celtic, Manchester United, Tottenham, Arsenal, AC Milan among many more. Vics players including Billy McNeill, Joe Jordan, Alex Menzies, Bobby McKean, Charlie Johnston and Jimmy Brownlie went on to win 101 Scotland Caps and Stephen Craigan won 54 for Northern Ireland. Craigan & McNeill captained their countries while Jock Stein managed his twice. A truly remarkable club and thanks for coming down to Castle Park to highlight this Sam💙

I played at Castle Park a couple of times,first was a Scottish cup semi final at under 13s and a certain Craig Burley was in opposition playing for East Ayrshire. Craig played for Chelsea,Celtic,Scotland. Second was when I player for Hamilton Accies u18s as they used Castle Park as reserve/u18s pitch . Up against Malky Mackay,Queens Park player,eventual Celtic,Norwich,West Ham and Scotland player.I was team mates with him on previous season. Lovely guy.

I grew up in Blantyre and moved to Australia when I was 15, many years later I was lucky enough to talk to Johnny Warren a few weeks before he died, an Australian football and TV legend in his own right. He absolutely blew my mind that he knew who The Vics were never mind the History behind them. This club needs to be listed and preserved

Jude Bellingham started off with my local team Stourbridge fc. He's dad was a prolific goalscorer their, before signing with Birmingham and the rest is history. Keep up the good videos

There is no juniors in the west anymore like the vics for example are now senior clubs one league below the lowland league in the West of Scotland League which is tier 6

Junior football is like the minor leagues that exist in sports like Baseball etc in America

Jock Stein cut his managerial teeth at Dunfermline Athletic and had he not done that Celtic might not have won the European Cup
