i'm glad epic didn't patch this because it's not harmful unless people Publish the map but just screwing around in Creative with it and Getting to experience What it's like using Unreleased dev weapons or being able to use old Items again. although i know those items may be breaking the game Since a lot of the item's aren't updated to support the current vetsion of Creative or Battle royale Like Captain Americas Sheild From Chapter 1 etc

I'm pretty sure Epic says unreleased stuff is banned in Creative. Though I think it's still mostly just for Published maps as you said. I guess it's just because most of these items aren't currently meant to be in Creative/ BR so their code might glitch out as you see here. I feel like people who show off these unreleased stuff or show you how to get them should put a disclaimer saying this COULD get you banned if you put it in a published map and they may ruin your game...
