Again a wonderful tutorial. For people who made a mistake like me: if the cave doesn't cross off, it may be because you went towards cave 3 and blew up the closed passage. When this also happens to you, simply exit the cave as you were exploring normally and backtrack towards the way you entered it. Do not enter another cave or you might find yourself as confused as i was.
I thought I had completed this cave. Turns out I did but didn't get it checked off. Went back and randomly at the cross-point got the to do list checked off, along with the trophy.
Spelunker trophy is glitched af. Makes completionist gamers like me pissed off. I have dead, wet, keep exploring hanging cave, submerged, lawyers, chasm, sinkhole, ledge, and waterfall caves crossed off. Same I'm single player and no spelunker trophy. Bastards need to fix all glitches before releasing their games.
@@Ericdawg420 there are a ton of bugs in this game. Luckily this game is one of the smallest. Only other way to go besides up past climbing axe is to the right where you have to blow up the rocks blocking your path. If it's still not working i would enter and exit all entrances from inside the cave. When this happens it annoying.
Relook at your to-do list 10 caves need to crossed off to get the trophy. Hanging cave has 2 to cross off and can be bugged. Explore hanging cave and Keep exploring hanging cave. It's happened to a couple of us requiring us to have to go back through all caves on another play through to get the trophy.
Hi again. These are the caves I have crossed of, dead, hanging x2, wet, submerged, chasm, sinkhole, ledge, waterfall. A total of nine so am I missing a cave because this is all I have in the to do list. Sorry to be a pain.
@@rhomanmason8131 your not a pain. That's why I ask for comments lol. Your missing Lawyers Cave which is cave 6. There are 3 entrances to the west of the map by shipping containers. I have a guide for that too.
I know this video is 3 years old and you probably won't reply but this is the last cave I have and this is the last trophy I need and I have been in this stupid cave for about an hour and it still will not get crossed off I've been down the hole I have gone back and forth between both exit's multiple times and still nothing
I still reply to everyone. The best method I've found is to go back through yhe cave to ever exit in one go. Its rare but sometimes it will never give it to you forcing you to do it in another run.
FYI for anyone trying to get it crossed off. I’m on creative it only got crossed off the list when I physically used the climbing axe to scale the walls. 👍🏻
You're welcome :) glad I could help. The 1k trees has to be done in one go. Go to custom mode and place explosive tripwire near trees and run into them. Should take you 30min or so to complete
@@ReactionZero - I have 1 question though.. The actual cavemap, when in the caves.. The cavenames are not fully visible even though I got all caves explored. Is that normal? For instance "Lawyer's cave" and "Submerged cave" I only see some of the letters.
The main location I missed and had to go back for was that drop into the water near the climbing axe? If you went there already Im not sure. This cave is pretty straight forward with 1 branching path.
Haha some dumbass mutant came and tried to beat my ass but I knocked him off the top of the ledge with my katana. I am so frightened playing this at night.
I followed your guide but the task didn’t get crossed off of my to do list. I went the exact same path, even back tracked it twice and entered and exited the cave from both ends but to no use. Can someone help me outtt?? I’ve blowed the path to the dead cave tho (way earlier when i was exploring it) might it be because of that??
@@ReactionZero i did that like 5 times but still idk why it isn’t working. Well the first time i went through that passage which i blew very early in the game (to the dead cave) and i back tracked again so i thought may be it was because i entered another cave that it didn’t cross off. But the other 4 times didn’t do that, but it ain’t fucking working
Ya the caves are extremly buggy. Sometimes it takes going to every exit from inside the cave again for it to cross off. It would be nice if they patched it.
