Like, killing soldiers of any faction or doing quests for them is gonna change their bahavior towrads me at any point or not at all??
I have an Intel Core I5, and everything runs smoothly on the LOW SETTINGS mode. You might thing "Oh yuck... lowest settings possible? No thanks." But go ahead and try for yourself, the game still looks AMAZING with the bare minimun.
