Opened in May, 1984, the berth was very simple, with no landing, stage and was unusable at low tide.
The berth’s greenheart mooring posts are still in situ by the Otterspool Promenade garden entrance, even though no ferry has called in for 40 years.
there is talk of reopening this for the southern grasslands and little would be needed to reopen it just a gate for passengers that's it
