Most of these skins are from the early stages of tower heroes, this is mainly because the devs never had experience to design skins so they were mostly recolors or just a few changes. If these skins got revamped, it could actually make these skins more used. But it really isnt important as skins are not a gameplay change so theres most definity not going to be a revamp.
people dont use old skins because theyre legendary tier/old mythic tier at best people prefer new skins because theres usually one heroic skin per map and every skin is very polished and are straight up better than mythics the marble crate has legendaries that would 100% be mythic tier if they released a year ago
I think baseball chef might be one of the most unused skins currently obtainable, you have to click on temperes bay when defeating him on frantic forest
The reason why no one uses the frantic forest skins is because of he boss (tempre) tempre is a boss with 2 phases when defeated he will turn into his 2nd phase with more hp and speed (he also turns red and throws a bat picking it up rewards you a chef skin Hp for tempre Phase 1 20k.
