The Founding of FICWFM // August Historical Moment 

In August 1990, Dr. Price founded the Fellowship of Inner-City Word
of Faith Ministries Conference, later renamed to Fellowship of International Christian
Word of Faith Ministries. FICWFM “It is a vision I believe the Lord gave me as a means of
sharing with my brethren the principles that we have applied at CCC for successful
ministry,” said Dr. Price. The fellowship was opened to all those in full-time ministry.
More than 200 ministries were represented among the 8,707 persons who attended.
