Notre Dame is 0-2 in playoff games and hasn't won since 1988. Texas couldn't beat a PAC-12 team (Washington) which always gets destroyed in playoff championship games by traditional Big 10 teams (see OSU vs Oregon and Washington vs Michigan). Texas will suffer the same fate. That's why I don't have Oregon winning. It's really between OSU and Georgia.

My Texas Longhorns could win the National Championship this year especially considering that their schedule is favourable. And I will say this if we somehow beat Georgia at home we could end up being number one in the SEC and more importantly being number one in the top four

I don't have four definites. IMO it's UGA, Ohio St Everybody else. The problem is Texas has clear flaws including Quinn Ewers inconsistency and injury prone history. Defensively, they had a bad secondary and lost most of that great DL from last year. Also, they are the first year into the SEC grind. Oregon, i really like Oregon, but how will that offense do vs actual good defenses. Utah's defense was extremely overrated, and that's the only decent defense they played. They got 32+ hung their head every time they played a good offense. That #18 Utah defense ranking was inflated. Im skeptical vs Ohio St and Michigan, then you might get UGA in the playoffs.
