Today, we briefly talk about and fire the French PA.15 pistol. Designed and built by Manufacture d'armes de Bayonne, the PA.15 fired the standard 9x19mm Parabellum round. MAB borrowed heavily from other successful designs, including Savage's M1907 and FN's P-35 HI Power.
Just a short video featuring what we feel is an interesting gun made back in the days of machined steel and single action triggers, cheers.

Again an excellent presentation. The French also used the Ruby for a very long time. French 7.65 x 17 ( 32 auto) was loaded much hotter than modern.765 ammunition.

I actually came across this gun through a mafia video game set in a fictional Louisiana style location, post Vietnam war. My favorite hand gun was modeled after this gun. I ended up buying an fn 509 as my first firearm subsequently! I wish I could get my hands on one of these 🤩

could you do a video where you can briefly show your collection of 7.65mas for your french 1935a? dont really hear very much about it let alone the ammo for it

Sure, we're slowly working our way back through some of the C&R stuff. Awhile back we did a 3 pt. series on French guns. You can find it in the French playlist. We're going back over the guns, with some more detail and what-not. We just finished up Japanese and British, and are nearly done with American. We'll do more french, but honestly? Ian at Forgotten Weapons is the real expert on these guns. I suggest checking him out. I am sure he'll get to the 1935 guns soon.

I have a MAB PA15 and love it! Simple to use, field strip and very accurate at 25-50 ft. I'm wondering if anyone has information on where replacement OEM grips (in black) could be sourced? Years ago I dropped the weapon in the field and chipped a small section of one side (grip). I'm also interested if anyone knows where to source additional magazines? I have 2 but would like 1-2 more. Thanks in advance.

these come up for sale around here from time to time... the reputation for durability borders on legendary, and there's probably some truth to that. do you know if the magazine disconnect safety can be disabled or removed?
