I actually love the skill and outcome of number 1 but since I’m a beginner I would say 3 and 4 would do for now thank you this was great 😊

I love the reverse method. #1 but you are made to learn the traditional method in school. #3 those are both my favorite.

1 wins in my book but 4 seems like the go-to is you’re short on time.

#4 is a sign of a bad nail tech that's got a rubbish appointment system putting profit over quality of the service

do you use dehydrator first and then primer and let that dry and start using monomers and primer
@fancyfingers3529
@fancyfingers3529 2 года назад
Yes I dehydrate and then use protein bond, then use primer and let each layer dry for about a minute before applying acrylic

How do you keep the nails stuck on this kind of practice hand? The nails on mine always fall out
@fancyfingers3529
@fancyfingers3529 3 года назад
Mine do too. Use a 100 grit file and reeaaallyyy file the "nail bed", and then use a nail buffer on the underside of the tip right where it glues to the nail. Use more glue as well. It helps mine stick really well.

Great video! However your volume is very quiet, and at times I had to put my ear up and still couldn’t hear lol. Also usually your cover colors are strength powder as well as whites are strength powders so you typically don’t have to cap them in clear because they already have strength. But I know it’s a personal preference! Anywho but I like 1 the best! You are very talented !
@fancyfingers3529
@fancyfingers3529 4 года назад
Thank you! I'm working on getting a better microphone because mine sucks lol. The acrylic I use needs to be capped in clear because they are weak on their own, I would need to get powders that specifically state that they are strength powders and don't need to be capped.

Not beginner friendly at all
@fancyfingers3529
@fancyfingers3529 3 года назад
I guess I don't understand how it's not? The last nail is literally just a white tip glued on and clear acrylic over top...it's the very definition of "beginner friendly". It's the first type of nail that 95% of all nail techs do.

Ayeeee everyone can’t achieve nails and any of the techniques… it’s not for everyone. Especially when they can’t differentiate beginner and skilled advanced.

French is one of the hardest to do with just the pink and white acrylic but with the tip and clear it's the most basic and simple way to do it
