SCP-999 or A.K.A the tickle monster is more safer than 054, its because there has been no reports of an attack, self-protection-violence or any serious or just any harm caused by 999 where 054 have caused harm to personel as self defence.Euclid mustve been 054's class but even though it was downgraded to safe it still an anomaly that can cause actual harm. Although not any lethal harm, SCP-054 is an anomaly that will attack if provoked too much.
