I'm gonna be honest, the crowd complimented the fuck out of 12 feet deep. I enjoyed the fuck out of this and am so excited to see them in Nov. Fuck yeah #TFB
"Thank you for letting me borrow your jacket. It kept me warm in a cold place. Some people, no matter how much money they make, can't get out of their own way." Such chill lyrics that many people would probably see as dull or filler, but those people wouldn't get it. I haven't started listening to a band and found myself falling in love with the music in a long time. It's probably been like 10 years or so since i"ve found a "new band". (The last one was probably Manchester Orchestra) Then i started listening to The Front Bottoms. They dont try to be prophetic or super deep or anything like that. They just are what they are without apology. What you see is what you get and I respect the hell out of that. And personally, I love what I get. " I like the in-betweens. I like the time it takes to get somewhere" just so chill and good. They keep putting out good music too. I personally am a huge fan of their newest album "In Sickness and In Flames", but then I've pretty much liked just about everything they've done.
@@a.delorme4513 I haven't really listened to Modern Baseball much, but I've been meaning to check then out. So now I def will. Thanks for the tip. They came up a few time in Spotify, but now I'm gonna really listen to them and give then a chance. So thanks again.
I never really knew why I loved The Front Bottoms so much, but I think I've pinpointed it after seeing the whole video. You can tell, just by listening to them, that they're just as much people as any of their listeners. It's such a contrast from the average modern musician.
For me its the lyrics mostly, theyre so raw and honest and he puts little details in them that makes you feel like you were there when the story hes telling was happening
Sorry if I'm duplicating, didn't see the track list: 0:35 HELP 4:36 Laugh Till I Cry 9:54 Cough It Out 15:31 The Plan (F**k Jobs) 18:55 Au Revoir (Adios)
in The Plan, when Brian is singing ''Cause I love you I miss you I wanna hug and kiss you'', does anyone know what Tom is singing in the background? Cause he definitely sings something more than just ''When my mind is uncertain my body decides'', but i can never hear what it is!
I wish Matt would just play the whole songs. The starting and stopping ruins the flow and energy lol. They sound SO great regardless. I'm happy with this new album.
