This theater has only been vacant for a few years so I really wonder why there is so much ceiling damage. I saw movies here many times over the years and it was a nice place. I wouldn't worry about asbestos since it was banned maybe a decade before this building was constructed but I'm sure there's black mold in there by now.
The local police have used this building for training so I bet a lot of the roof damage came from them or it was vandalized. There have not been any tornados in this area for decades.

It's literally located in a mall and there's tons of parking. Just try to not park right in front - cops were super fast to come and tell some car they couldn't park there..
