Today's video is one many of you have been asking about for a while and it's finally up. This is by far the absolute most important part of any rotary engine build and the quality of the motor is heavily dependent on how consistent the side seal clearance is because it determines how consistent compression between faces is. All of the questions that you have been asking about the process of cutting RX-8 renesis 13B side seals will be answered with this video. It is a fairly long video sure and that is intentional as this isn't some time lapsed show off video showing how good I am at doing this and making it look easy (which it is, but only after you know what you're doing) but instead this is a full length step by step guide for anyone that truly wants to learn to be able to follow, take notes and reference and especially for those of you that are visual learners (like myself).
When doing this please just take your time, practice and learn the process until you're proficient, take plenty of breaks in between seals and the end result will be a rock solid, reliable and consistent smooth running renesis 13B because you took the time and put in the effort to learn to do this yourself.
