For the squats with the stability ball, do you do half squats the way you showed in the video or do full squats by utilizing the full range of motion?

I typically do half squats during warm up and first set then gradually go deeper and deeper within range of motion

Everyone. Get as Strong as Possible. It will Change your Golf game. Pull ups inprove grip strength. Beat yourself up in the gym and you will have a Mental and Physical advantage.
