I've spent 1 hour and 30 minutes waiting for some giant bombshell. Never came. What I saw was class and dignity from a true champion. He was truthful and sincere. He clearly deserves respect, on and off the field. Now I see why my sons have been HUGE Ronaldo fans since they were teens. Their dream has always been to meet him and see him play. I've always been on the Messi side of the "G.O.A.T." debate. That being said, this interview gave me a TON of respect for Ronaldo. He is simply saying what he experienced and how he feels. A person can never be "wrong" for what they feel. Just because you may not feel the same, doesn't mean it's "wrong."
