I'm sad you didn't include this verbal murder from the end of the episode: Gia: _Six graders are a waste of skin!_ Stephanie: _You should know, you were there for three years!_
I was actually expecting the meth reference due to the fact that real life Stephanie was an actual addict and it was 💯 known because she did an interview which she revealed on TV and People magazine.
“You don’t need to smoke to have friends but if you need friends that don’t smoke you’ll end up with a bunch of Stephanie’s” Wowowowow truer words have never been realized
@@MrParkerman6 well God forbid somebody did drugs after being on a pretentious cheesy sitcom.. you act like she's such a horrible person. C'mon dude, nobody is perfect, people make bad choices and she's pretty successful even now. Pretty sure she doesn't do drugs anymore. And even she smokes who cares...
I always found it ridiculous how much they thought we were going to encounter drugs while still in school. I don't know about y'all but I wasn't offered drugs until college and then once an adult I learned that literally everyone was doing them. Your friends, their parents, the administrators, your neighbors, etc.
It’s soooo Danny tanner to immediately be concerned that a potential friend for his lonely daughter is “dangerous” and never once question if she’s actually living in a neglectful home and needs help and support. Almost seems a little seventh heaven!
I was one of those High School bathroom smokers and I have never once saw anyone bully someone about not being a smoker or peer pressure them into smoking cigarettes.
Ikr? I guarded my cigarettes like gold. They were expensive as Hell, and hard to get. I used to have to lie to the creeper at the gas station, and tell him I'd let him rub lotion on my feet to get him to sell to me. No joke. Lmiao. Ah the folly of youth. 💜
Please for the love of God do the Disney World episode where DJ somehow hallucinates that the guy playing Aladdin is Steve and legitimately about to get crushed by a boulder.
These kind of episodes always acted like peer pressure was a serious thing. Every time I was offered to smoke it went like this: Friend: smoke? Me: nah I'm good. Friend: cool. So us teens and our popular music of the time, am i right?
Yeah, if anything my friends were happy when someone said no. They were only trying to be polite, that shit cost money and could be hard to get sometimes.
Me neither. It’s truly an all-around terrible show - writing, acting, joking. I guess it was just pretty much my crush on Lori Loughlin that kept me coming back. *Shrugs*
My crush ex's was a bad influence on him I'm so glad he left her she did drugs and alcohol her family was always in trouble with the cops a lot he's so happy with me now I don't put alcohol or drugs in my body. She was really toxic for him he's much happier with me. I'm happy she didn't force him to do anything bad☺
It always bothered me how Danny is more offended by Mickey calling her mom by her first name than he is impressed that she actually fucking contributes to her family by cooking dinner
Hard to believe that Jodie Sweetin was only 11 when she made this! She looked 14! Very mature looking for her age! Molly Morgan,(Mickey) on the other hand was 15. and closer to the age of her character. BTW the part where Stephanie pretends to be "Olga" is hysterical! It's obvious by the look on Jesse's, Joey's , Steve's and DJ's faces that they know who it really is!
Can you do one of these for the episode of that’s 70’s show with Eric’s grandmother constantly causing stress? I can just imagine you having a field day with how everyone keeps impeding Eric from getting work done and how they have to constantly jump through hoops to make her happy
lmao the ending quote of "You don't need to smoke to have friends, but if you need friends that don't smoke you'll end up hanging with Stephanies" is truly one for the ages.
I hate that Mickey completely disappeared from the show after the next episode " Is it True About Stephanie". She didn't even appear in Fuller House, I looked up the actress and she's still young, alive, and acting, she could have appeared in Fuller House.
You know, I can relate to Stephanie during her "this group doesn't accept or respect me" feelings. Half the title makes me feel that way. I have reason to believe my ASD makes me a misfit and a freak to others. A coworker seems to like everyone else except me: fun, playful sarcasm and joking, pleasant conversation, sneaking up on someone who likes horror movies. When she talks to me, though, she's pretty serious. When she drove me and another coworker to a place we were serving, they chatted; when it was just us two later, she didn't talk to me. Now, I can't remember what I said the first few days we met, but perhaps it was the time I mentioned masks to a new high school worker. Asked him if they had to wear them in school. I told him how they ironically make my nose feel congested when they're supposed to be protecting us from getting sick, but it's not like I was going into depth about the whole anti-mask-during-Covid philosophy; I know it's a sensitive topic, so I was just being brief and casual. She and another coworker were pretty much all, "Okay, John, that's enough. Let's not talk about that." It could've been that, or something before. IDK. They're cool and together, I stand out and stay out. Or how about the time I told another coworker *(whom I didn’t think would resent this, since he’s clownish, snuck up on a guy, and once made a weight joke to him)* “put a sock in your àss. I mean mouth.” He told me I can’t speak to him that way. I didn’t intend harm; he had interrupted a question of mine to another worker to (if I remember correctly) playfully diss me. I guess I was annoyed with the dick-like interruption. When I apologized later, he said, “You’re good, man. You just need to learn how to speak to people." He's popular and social at work, but he acts like _I_ don't exist. Finally, I was once taken to my boss's office with her and a high-ranking chef. The chef told me that I've been touching my coworkers too much. Not _THAT_ type of touch, of course not! Just *_casual_* ones, like on arms or shoulders. I was always very outgoing at work. When I asked her if anyone complained, she said it didn't matter (so I assume yes). She told me that we need the workers to be comfortable in a good work environment, and that I pretty much shouldn't talk about anything other than work and school (I work at a university's catering service). She told me I shouldn't tell my stories because they may be inappropriate to my coworkers. Now yeah, I guess I do occasionally say "inappropriate" stuff at work, but not *_horribly nor intentionally._* I only meant to joke around and have fun. I really didn't get specific information from the chef about what and whom. She likes that I'm outgoing, but she made it sound risky and in need of limits. And again, that I shouldn't touch anyone without consent. But seriously, I'm not a creep. I didn't mean to be so "handsy" (I say loosely). I wish I was allistic.
Stephanie was never a loser, she just never gave into peer pressure. I don't blame her for not smoking because I don't smoke cigarettes at all because I have asthma.
Brandon Davidson This is the last full house of the season, the next 5 are all 7th Heaven. I'm guessing because both shows have tons of very special episodes.
