the voice acting has reached another level broooo.... this was probably one of the most realistic argument dialogues in any tv show ever. And the voice acting made it feel even more real. And great you see both sides to the relationship here. I mean yes, Blitz really said some shitty things here that you can't come back from easily and Stolas was hurt especially because the things he said are probably similar to the verbal abuse he had to endure from Stella over all these years, which led to his reaction being very immediate but Stolas also is at fault here for not giving Blitz a chance to process and think about what he has said, which led to Blitz getting angry being also understandable .. the problem these two characters have for real is miscommunication by not being on “the same level communication wise“ and that both of them in their own ways are veeery emotion- driven: Where Stolas resolves to sadness and tends to become more reserved which results in blocking everything else out and only hearing what he wants to hear, Blitz resolves to anger and tends to become very confrontational which also leads to him blocking everything else out and only hearing what he wants to hear

Ours don’t kill them for the same reason why they didn’t physically conflict with them in episode 4 of season 1 before the cherubs themselves attacked. Killing an angel is a very strong act(as we learned from Hazbin, the angels can be very offended by this), there may be problems even if cherubs were kicked out of heaven

@@ItsYaBoiSPD If not, I'm very certain things will be better before the next season! I mean I think about the trailer everytime I'm sad for them, because if we concentrate on the animations, we see many kind of positive stolits moments. Like the footage where Blitz protects Stolas with a sword, or the moment where they're at Stolas's garden/greenroom. (This one I know is in reality positive because Blitz has a relaxed pose while talking with him)
I have to disagree with your comment that Stolas has been abusing his position with Blitz because in The Circus, Blitz was the one who came on to Stolas and made Stolas think he wanted sex and to dominate and that dirty talk and spent a whole night with him. When he offered the favor for favor, Blitz agreed. He could've declined since he had IMP prior to getting the grimoire so that meant he had other ways to get to earth but he chose to use Stolas because sex was easier. That said. They both fucked this up.
13:39 i think it’s logical tbh. Blitzø has seen their relationship as a “transactional fucking” so if Stolas tells him to come over he just felt like he had to, he couldnt be the first one to say no, i just won’t come. And he’s so obviously freaking out about the meeting, but anytime he feels something more deep for Stolas he just tries to silence his feelings, because he assumes he’s not required. He’s so convinced Stolas only sees him as some king of plaything that it hurt me in the final scene how he oversexualises the situation and himself in the first place, despite how cringe and painful to watch it is. When he went “im not like f-ing you good enough because i can always do better” it actually broke me. On the other hand it perfectly makes sense for Stolas to reduce the meetings. After ozzie’s he kinda got how Blitzø felt and tried to adjust his behaviour towards him (he calls him Blitz and no longer Blitzy, for a say) and changing his view of the deal, he started to feel bad about it (that’s why he started give blitz the option to not come. the chat in western energy, it start from ozzies. Oh his in denial about their relationship. Which is understandable because how things started also Stolas has no clue how terrible Blitz life was before IMP. He had a horrible father but he did fine because of Fizz, Barbie, and his mom.
Although Stolas gave Blitz the option to attend or not, for six months, and Blitz chose not to. Said so himself while talking to Moxxie (also him mocking Stolas and calling him "the bird" is painfully infuriating), said it again when Stolas asked for His book, although a different version (being busy rather than just not feeling like it). Stolas has been trying since Ozzie's, yeah, bur it has been Blitz who has chosen not to see it
