I hate the gomorrah casino and omerta family bunch of scumbags pushing drugs and hookers on people and conspiracy all the time , the white glove society is are too uppity, snobby and the cannibalism don't help either, but at the tops the chairmen are more cool feeling just letting people enjoy a simple good time with no strings attached and they have a nice restaurant/bar, theatre and swimming pool and has family friendly feel , and I can get a presidential suite and It gives me a reason to wear my fancy vera keys suit inside with everyone there lol

Rad pack is a reference to the rat pack and the chairmen are too, Frank was (and still is apperently) referred and held as a chairman of Las Vegas, and they would have summits and meetings in new Vegas. The Tops is also based off of the mint casino and hotel that sadly is gone now

Bam Waffle 9Just about every old casino is now gone. Vegas is a city without a history. The closest you can come to seeing old historical Vegas is at the Neon Graveyard. Its a scrapyard where the owners refuse to destroy the more iconic signs and light them ups as a tourist Atraction.

Can confirm. When I was going for the achievement for getting kicked out of every casino, I did a 10 luck character and I was pulling down 21s in Blackjack left and right, even hitting on a 16 or higher. The slots also paid out more than I lost, so it was just a matter of grinding it out for a bit to get the trophies. I had assumed I'd have to savescum the crap out of this achievement but it actually wasn't too bad with the high luck skill.

A lot of times you'll get a "You feel lucky" prompt and win, regardless of what game you're playing, I've had hands in blackjack that are worse than the dealers hand but win anyway.

I find the game boring but I love the videos on it because ox makes them enjoyable and I love lore videos.

Cyrus21100 Depends on how many people are at the table. 17 is passable in most cases, but the dealer's face card can swing it if you know how many decks the pool draws from. It's more important to judge other players' actions to gauge how far the dealer will push his hand to dent as many hands as possible.

I disagree about the game, its boring and too much time wasted on extra dialogue for the PC when a good chunk could be cut without losing anything at all. The game wouldn't have been so buggy had they not wasted so much time on extra dialogue for the pc, crappy singers, ect. Hell they didn't even have to buid their own game engine, they had everything handed to them on a golden platter yet their games was buggier than maggot cheese from europe(can't recall the name of it but it is highly praised by those that eat it). They should have spent more time checking and less time craming in as much as they could. If it was beth who did NV people would be bitching and saying it was a shitty game but since it was the holy than thou obsidian it is a god send of a game bestow upon the world. Yeah I am grouchy because I am tired of people who attack fo 4 telling me I shouldn't enjoy it or call it fo because beth made it and not their lord and savour obsidian. Double standards more or less every single one of fo nv/obsidian fans. With that said I find fo nv boring regardless of who made it. I could careless about any of the compaions in this game and that 'ex' raider is still a raider, the legion are monsters, ncr is full of themselves and seem to care more about how far they reach, bos are high tech raiders who will steal and murder to get what they want, the khans are no better than the raiders and the ncr should wipe them out completely down to the last person who can pick up a weapon, the super mutants are a case by case thing, ect. I can't find really a single faction I can truly like in NV, ncr is better than the others, just barley. FO 4 on the other hand, The Institute is evil The BOS is evil The RR is okay The Minutemen are truly the good guys who care about the people of the common wealth. As for the companions I dispise cait Mc'cready X6-88 The raider from nuka world(I kill him the moment he opens the door every time) The ones i find boring or useless Nick Strong Dogmeat Ones I like and or care about Pristion Garvoy(i am so bad at spelling peoples names) Curie Piper Deacon Handcock NV I just can't bring myself to like any of 'em
