Without context from the LN, Ginjo seems like the guy who would get legitimately upset when he found out that the government can look at his internet search history.
@@GangstaCreeperEvery fullbringer has a piece of the soul king within them. Soul society nobles slaughtered all of Ginjo's friends to get those pieces, and Ginjo slaughtered those assasins in return and then the nobles framed Ginjo as a blood thirsty maniac and blamed him both for the dead shinigami and the dead fullbringers too and painted him as an insane maniac.
I'd love to see a spin off with him in the soul Society. He should still have his spiritual pressure. I think the dynamic could be fun. Maybe they send him to Karuakura so they if he does try anything you have the guy who killed two gods right there to shut him down.
Ginjou was a great character. The page where Ichigo realizes he's the real villain is amazing. I think he would've been the perfect villain the end the series on because he's not wrong. We know that the Goutei were not "good" in the past- what with genociding the Quincy and stuff- so it makes perfect sense that they tried to screw over Ginjou and/or kill him. But they're not like that any more because Ichigo has changed them now, as demonstrated by the captains willing giving him their spirit powers- the very thing they tried to execute Rukia for in the beginning.
Is that canon? I thought aizen took a part of peoples soul that allows them to reincarnate, it will make more sense for gin to avenge her for this reincarnation rather than just because she was attacked
@@kakashihatake6052 I never heard about the reincarnation part, but the wiki did say that the Hogyoku did require a piece of the Soul King that Aizen got from Rangiku!
Yeah is from the novel... But I didn't read it... I only get she have the soul king... FINGERNAIL... or something like that.. I don't understand how people get part of the soul king... They get them from parents? Is random?
here's an idea, imagine if instead of soul society showing up to fight the fullbringers it was Ichigo's other allies from karakura (Urahara and the vizards for instance) imagine if we got: Tsukushima vs Urahara Jackie vs Yoruichi Riruka vs Hiyori Giriko vs Hachi Yukio vs Lisa Moe vs Jinta
One thing you didn't mention is that Kubo actually dropped a big hint that Ginjo was a bad guy in the training he had with Ichigo, while they were fighting there comes a point where Ichigo thinks "I don't feel anything from his sword. I thought it was because I wasn't used to fighting him at first, but thats not it. I don't feel anything no matter how many times I strike him. It's different from what I felt against Gin Ichimaru. His focus just wasn't on me. He's looking straight at me, but I can't feel anything from him. Its as if there's a lid on his mind." Remember how Tsukishima's ability is to modify memories, and this is a pretty big call out towards Ginjo's intentions, but its subtle enough and in a moment where you won't immediately think "thats super important" and realize it right there. I know I initially wrote it off as just him thinking about something else or being worried about Tsukishima. As for why he didn't go to his dad or Urahara he was pushed into a corner and wasn't thinking straight, he probably just didn't think of it.
@@bradleybarnett1469 hahahahah, I would want to see that happen. Tsuki tries something and just gets obliterated by either of the captain class shinigami.
@@kerbalcheapplayer4860 well, Urahara would likely be more prone to being beaten. He could outlast Tsukishima, but if he hit Urahara like Byakuya, Urahara's Shikai and Bankai aren't as versatile as Byakuya. As for Isshin, since his Bankai is unknown to us, but his Shikai is eerily similar to Yamamoto's, I feel like maybe he could pull out a win. Fire is deadly lol
It's been a while, but I believe Ginjo planted some seeds on just how shady both Urahara and Isshin were throughout the series and if they are both actually trustworthy and then just add Tsukishima's Book messing with his friends and family. Seriously, Ichigo was backed into the corner so far by this point he didn't even consider that. I remember thinking, wait, is Urahara going to betray everyone's trust, I mean he has always been super shady, especially after Aizen's defeat and we literally know nothing about the Dad. I was so worried they were going that route.
He really broke Ichigo, played him, led him along and then revealed his true nature, reducing him to tears and begging. He used Ichigo's whole 'save everyone with my powers' complex and then tore into his trusting nature by revealing the truth about the badge(serving as foreshadowing given what Soul Society had in store for him with the Spirit King). In a way Kugo is a dark reflection of Ichigo if he saw the truth and Soul Society tried to silence him and butchered his friends. Kugo sure is something all right, serial killer and tragic monster all in one.
@mr zero I think the worst part about him is that he stubbornly refuses to question his ostensible allies of Gotei 13. Ginjo tried to warn him, and if it weren't for Ywach Ichigo would be a half dead limb less puppet in a more literal sense.
@@manuelacosta9463 hey hey easy i know soul society is fucked up but ichigo is still in the good side and he wasnt pathetic at all. Besides now with kyoraku in charge he is making the whole system a lot better
@@terrarionaqu5262That's what makes Ichigo and co. stand out, they do the right thing even if they cross swords with Gotei 13. And that's why he should tread carefully, even with reforms it's been alluded that shady things still happen. Yet again given Central 46 has been reformed and the hardliners resigned and fled into hiding, things are getting better as you said. We'll see.
Tekking101: (alright I gotta talk about this without giving away the fact I AM in fact a fullbringer.) Also tekking101: so if I WAS a fullbringer I could modify the fluffy factor of this pillow. (Nailed it!) I’m on to you.
I'll tell you why Ichigo didn't go to Urahara and look for his dad Tekking: Ginjou "photo" scene was to place distrust in Ichigo's heart about his own father and Urahara too as if they were plotting. It was a good idea since it forced Ichigo to put more trust on Ginjou and THUS the plans goes into action... and yes, this was done before Tsukishima used Book on the End on Ginjou after they tried to "eliminate" Uyru so Ginjou would play "ally" than "villain".
Hold up son. You are saying that if some random stranger came up to you and started shit talking your Dad and your friend you would take him seriously???? Like are you for real???!!? HOW CAN YOUR COMMENT GET SO MANY LIKES???? And why is everyone talking about that picture ??? Why is that picture so SHOKING??? Its 2 guys doing nothing !! They are not robbing a bank. Not killing anyone. WHY IS THAT POCTURE SO INTERESTING???
HOW CAN YOUR COMMENT GET SO MANY LIKES ??? DO YOU EVEN PROCESS WHAT YOURE WATCHING? OR ARE YOU JUST PASSIVELY GOING FROM SCENE TO SCENE WITHOUT DOING ANY THINKING??
@@billykotsos4642 because somehow ginjo has this supicious photo of his dad and urahara, and ichigo knows that urahara has his secrets, and that his did hide things from him. especially after the fake karakura town arc. so when ginjo, who shows him his photo and lets him in on some intel, ichigo will be more probe to trust ginjo than the 2 figures in his life wjonhide things from him.
The reason Ichigo didn't go to Urahara/Isshin was because Ginjo manipulated him into being wary of them. It wasn't done very well, and it doesn't really make sense for Ichigo to suddenly be wary of Urahara out of nowhere after everything he's done for him and his friends but right before he gives him the Xcution card he says something along the lines of "how much do you really know about them?" and there's a scene where Ichigo is spying on Urahara Shoten and sees Karin leaving the store. Ginjo shows up again and says something like "do you really feel comfortable letting your little sister associate with a shady guy like that?"
I thought it was done to great effect because Urahara was always keeping things close to the chest and not telling Ichigo the full story throughout the series and often came across as extremely shady, especially after Aizen and Urahara's talk on the Soul King. I could totally buy Urahara was in all actuality the big manipulator similar to Aizen, even though he is a fanfavorite and is awesome and would break my heart if that was true. Sort of like how Black Widow started viewing how shady SHIELD actually is, sure they are stopping terrorists and super villains, but their hands are almost as dirty as the people they send her to stop.
I thought it was possibly one of the stupidest "plot point" that Kubo came up with. Like seriously, the previous arc was a battle to the Death with a guy that wanted to become a literal GOD and the only people that saved Ichigos ass were urahara and his father.
@@billykotsos4642 I agree with Ichigo distrust of his Dad wasn't realistic, but I wouldn't say the possibility of Kisuke being a bad guy is completely squashed just because he felt guilty for wronging Ichigo by manipulating Rukia's situation for his own benefit, that could've been an isolated incident and this could be an unknown endgame finally being put in the works.
He gave Ichigo a hint about the badge when he first gave it to him. Ichigo even says that he was way smarter than him and could of found a way to tell him without letting Ichigo on. Thats a big reason why Ichigo was cool with it. He basically warned him.
I always loved how different Ginjo felt compared to Aizen and Yhwach, that his goal not was like conquer the world or something like that. Maybe this is a bit rushed due to you reading the official novels as they come out but are you going to talk about Aura when you got enough info? I mean her, Tokinada and Hikkone are a big part of CFYOW
The crazy thing is that if you literally look up what a "Lost Agent" is, it would've foreshadow exactly what Ginjo would do. I just assumed a lost agent was something kubo made up lol
You actually said left arm of the devil. *brazo izquierda del diablo* but we still love tekking 101! I'm so happy to see your video discussion of these full bringers!
What if ginjo revealed that he was a substitute soul reaper earlier when he met ichigo, in that way readers would have been more interested in fullbring arc and we should have gotten a flashback of him Killing hollows and helping souls, talking to captains but when he reveals himself as villain that time we get flashback of squad 0 killing his friends And i wish captains never returned in fullbring arc, It should have been chad defeating 2-3 villains, Uryu vs tsukishima And renji, rukia should have been there
First Sorry for the spelling on geography, not a native speaker lol Second i didnt know It was considered an continent, as far as i knew It was a country in the Oceania continent. But i Just researched that you're actualy right
So out of curiosity after this series are you planning on doing a video on ichigo's fullbring. I don't think there's much to talk about but it might make for an interesting video.
Also one more think, if you always want to know what Rangiku lost from Aizen taking from her? Rangiku was stated to be the host of the Soul King's Nails and that what Aizen stole for his Hogyoku. Just bring it up if you were curious. Also one last thing. Gerard was the Host of the Heart of the Soul King not it truly.
His...nails. 😑 is that in the light novel? I'd have to go back but both his hands looked like they had their nails when they appear in the final war arc. Besides, whats the point of sealing away the Soul King's nails? It was pretty heavily set up that Aizen's minions were just stealing souls of people in the Rukongai and Rangiku was just one of their victims. But they couldn't finish the job due to other Soul Reapers arriving which is why she survived. Gin's entire motivation was getting back her soul or repairing it, which is why he tired to steal the Hogyoku from Aizen.
It’s been a while, I thought Sukashima used book of the end on Ichigo’s dad when Sukashima was messing with everyone so Ichigo couldn’t go to him for help. Then I think Ginjo also convinced Ichigo that Urahara was not actually Ichigo’s ally. I have to rewatch/reread the scene but I thought that the Ukitake being a villain lie reveal happened earlier which allowed Ginjo to convince Ichigo of Ukitake. Again, it’s been years since I read/watched bleach so I can be wrong.
Yeah. Also there might have been a chance (not really) that Tsukushima changed also Uraharad past. Or that Urauaha could be in "danger" of getting his memories changed like the rest. It's really unlikely because it's Urahara, but this could have been Ichigo's first though after everyone else got changed by Tsukushima. Maybe Ichigo thought his dad could have prevented it, and the reason he didn't do it, could have been, that he(in ichigos mind) was changed too by Tsukushima.
No, Isshin is with Urahara the whole arc as he's helping Urahara with the sword artifact that will give Ichigo his powers back. Their screentime during that big showdown at the end is greater than the rest of the arc combined.
I like Xcution and Fullbringers, but I'd like to see Ryuken teaching Quincy techniques to Ichigo. It'd be nice to see how things would happen if Ichigo had Quincy and Shinigami powers fully developed in the last arc, since his Fullbringer powers didn't do much besides the very first moments in the last arc, and his Quincy powers were almost deus ex machina moments

Lets have some fun. Choose an already existing Bleach character and turn him/her into a major villain for a fictional arc. I have two: 1) Aaroniero Arruruerie devours lots of sinners in the hell, grows more powerful and finally find a way to escape hell. After escaping he is confronted by fullbringers (who can barely stand up to him and are eventually forced to escape) and he manages to devour Moe Shishigawara. The rest of fullbringers contact Ichigo for help (or someone else would would be the main character of this arc), but Aaroniero Arruruerie hides away, because after devouring a fullbringer he unlocks new knowledge and new powers (causing him to transform into a new less disgusting form) and becomes obsessed about devouring more fullbringers. He knows that he can not defeat Ichigo by himself, so he tries to make allies, break other Arrancars from hell and starts to hunt for Fullbringers while Ichigo tries to protect them. Bonus: Ulquiorra Cifer was also in hell and he agreed to help Aaroniero Arruruerie for a chance to meet Ichigo one more time; 2) Grand Fisher - when he was killed, due to all his crimes, he was sent to hell. However, when he killed Ichigo's mom, a small part of her soul was left with him and within hell this part grew stronger, devoured Grand Fisher from inside and was eventually reborn as an individual entity with powers of sinners, arrancars and quicies. This new entity posses memories of Masaki Kurosaki, so she names herself as such, though her personality is vastly different: she is cruel, calculating, vengeful and sadistic. She gather up a group of sinners and leaves hell to torment the world of the living, at least that what is seems to be her goal, but that is not all. Her Zanpakutō absorb pain and negative emotions of others and grant her power, and who else is better to torment that Ichigo and his family. Because even if she is an evil version of his mom, she still looks like his mom and have memories of his mom, so Ichigo can't cut her down and he will not allow others to cut her down.
I don't think killings while a hollow count as sins lol. Only in the living time. But I guess you could say only someone very horrible could become such a nasty and cunning hollow like GF. Also, I don't think Ullquiorra would be sent to hell.
@@kerbalcheapplayer4860 "I don't think killings while a hollow count as sins lol" Aaroniero Arruruerie and Szayelaporro Granz ended up in hell. Not in their human forms, but in their arrancar forms, meaning anyone who dies can end up in hell just the way they were in life. So, any evil arrancar killed should/could end up in hell. "I don't think Ullquiorra would be sent to hell" He kidnapped people, killed people, tortured people. He is definitely in hell.
@@Regonix Not sure why arroniero was in hell, but in the Light Novels it's revealed that Szayel was a pretty horrible person as a human. Not sure if Ullquiorra tortured or killed anyone (Yammy toyed with an almost dead tatsuki, and sucked out the souls of humans) and he did it out of orders and lack of morals. Ullquiorra has no morals not because he is a sick person with sick desires, but because he didn't know how to value human lives yet.
@@kerbalcheapplayer4860 "Not sure if Ullquiorra tortured or killed anyone" Tortured: Orihime. Killed: shinigami who accompanied Orihime, Ichigo. Accomplice to killing: when Yammy killed all those random bystanders. He is definitely in hell.
I think the reason he didn't was he heard talking from his combat pass and Urahaha and his dad seemed like they where hiding something, the power sword. I think
I kinda liked, that he had some kind of emotional conflict with Ichigo. Aizen was great, but among all the beefs all the shinigami happens to have with Aizen, Ichigo doesn´t seem to have one. Sure Aizen keeps stealing his girlfriends and is danger for Ichigo´s friends and family, but I don´t remember Ichigo to take it personally. But with Ginjou it was different.
I hated this arc the first time but just went through it again and I really liked it this time. Back when we were all reading it every week and obviously coming off Aizen so anyone else was just going to be kinda lame in that moment. On its own it’s a good arc though. It’s almost like a horror story in bleach and way more personal than the other arcs. I think it’s setting the stage for how dark the last arc is. The fullbringers were totally panpsychists. It was strange that it was so easy for Ginjo to make Ichigo question the motives of Kisuke and his own Dad, he should have just talked to them like you said. The origin of Chad and Orihime’s powers change every arc I swear 😆
Mister Teking, sir... Are you aware that Hell verse OST is in english? Like every other Bleach ost and most of Shiro Sagisu's work? Mister Berry was trying to give you hints, but I guess you haven't noticed. Sincerely... Concerned Fan
21:40 because when Ginjo first showed up he made Ichigo doubtful of his father and Urahara. Plus, at that time, Urahara was in Soul Society requesting the help of the captains to help Ichigo regain his powers.
Thanks for the video Tekking, this is going to help kill 40 minutes out of the work day. Are you planning on doing a BtW chapter review in the style of your old bleach manga reviews?
man I love bloopers, barry was cleary intending to fall tho, no other way the sword would've telepathically flung into him with enough force to even nudge 'im.
@tekking101 some of the CFYOW information poster provided is incorrect, but mostly right. Now the incorrect ones: 1. "Ginjo is part quincy, because of requirement of being a SK candidate". The requirement is actually being a fullbringer/shinigami/hollow. Being a 3-way hybrid. It's debatable if you actually need to be a quincy to be a SK candidate. But the part about Ginjo being a SK candidate is corrent. 2. "Hogyoku is an imitation of soul king pieces" partly incorrect. It does imitate them, but it also contains an actualy SK piece. Remember when Aizen took something away from Rangiku? It was a SK piece (she was a potential fullbringer) and put it into he's hogyoku, hence why hogyoku started to work after he took something from rangiku. 3. "The noble houses were collecting soul king fragments and body parts for the sake of power and eugenic experiments" is false. Nowhere in the novel was it stated. 4. "makes Ginjo believe Ukitake was assassin" incorrect, Tokinada makes Ginjo believe that Ukitake ordered assassins to kill Ginjo's group, not that Ukitake himself was assassin. 5. "Ginjo is about as strong as Byakuya and Yoruichi, if not stronger" He's 100% stronger then them. During one moment in the novel it was stated "Currently, there were quite a few people whose reiatsu were greater than Tokinada's. Ubuginu Hikone. Zaraki Kenpachi. Ginjo Kugo. And finally Michibane Aura." And during this scene there were femritters, Nell, Halibel and Grimm, Yoruichi, who's as strong as Byakuya confirmed in the novel and Shunsui, which means Ginjo's reiatsu is greater then them. Also, in the novel it was outright stated that Ginjo (bankai)'s getsuga tenshou is as strong as Ichigo (true shikai)'s.
@@shabnaspkp1692 Maybe he is, keep in mind it's bankai Ginjo. "Ginjo released a massive ‘Getsuga Tensho’ comparable in power to Ichigo’s own. Lool it took how long to just jet this ark CFYOW is ganna be another 5 years at least 😂 but serious talk tekking I think every single one of us would really enjoy reaction videos of bleach from you mate
Given that Ichigo never personally interacted with Aizen until his betrayal was in full swing, an the next time after that was in Fake Karakura Town, if he had turned around and offered Ichigo chocolate when he realised Ichigo wasn't as strong as his calculations had predicted he should be would've been both pretty funny and a total power move, possibly more so than telling someone you planned out their whole life. Also why was Giriko like "you're paying for those damages" when Ginjo broke some floor-tiles when both have matter manipulating abilities, couldn't they have just used fullbring to fix the floor?
Cross of scaffold is more of a zweihander where there’s a handle above the guard. It’s meant from closer engagements since a zweihander typically is a much larger sword than a claymore.
Also at least with the anime ginjo tried to implant the idea that the shinigami were spying on him and weren’t to be trusted during like the first training/after it
@Tekking101 Ginjou Kugo basically has a "zweihänder" sword, german. It makes sense to be an introduction to late medieval, & then we move into the wanderreich, Kubo seems to like the german ww1 era. Side note: if you take also into consideration Ichigo sword handler which resembles a swastika. Personal note: why I know these things? I'm a german descendant so, I like german history, that's how I know these things lol.
Im not sure how you didn't realize this but from what I understood in the anime, Ginjo asked Ichigo to search about his dad in order to raise suspicions so he wouldnt go to them for help
You should finish volume one of CFYW, The chick that gave Yukio the Xcution card is a Fullbring, and she is probably the strongest Fullbringer ever.........
As much as a lot of people hate the Bount filler arc, I can't help but see many similarities between it and the Fullbring arc. Probably one of the reasons they're two of my favorite arcs in Bleach.
Out of context/series even but figure I'd put this here since its your latest video . About Brooks body and devil fruit , you said that he can do anything he could when he was alive , then you made the joke about " going to the toilet " ; but I personally I think there's something more important : the fact that he can have descendants / kids and such since he could when he was alive . Or can he ? I wonder, that's just what I grasped from it. Also on an "Ero" note , how would he "do it"?
