Welcome back to the channel where in the this video we have made our way to the North coast of Cornwall to play Bude & North Cornwall Golf Club.
This stunning Links course is situated right in the middle of the coastal town of Bude and is extremely popular for those that visit Devon & Cornwall.
Myself (Dan Hendriksen) along with my Brother Paul, Lester and Chris Gill will be teeing it up for what will be an extremely funny vlog as our head of comedy and our guest of the year (2021) go head to head.

Oh Dan, it was moving a little quick but that putt still should have dropped! I sympathetically laughed at that one. Chris is out there eating children, hitting 💣 and draining putts! He’s the whole package! Short of the bunker is my guess!

I nearly woke my family up when I screamed at the 150 foot putt that had an ounce too much weight then DH…… OMFG that was 5 amazing drives and then an incredible putt. Soooo unlucky buddy (oh hang on. I just rewound and saw it was a wedge you hit as the approach shot. Sorry my bad. I thought it was a driver off the deck hehehe. Man I’m loving this vlog. Bude WAS the western terminal of a rail line that ran from Okehampton. It was only in operation from 1898 to 1966, when it was closed. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bude_railway_station

Bude station was one of many culled by Dr Beeching in 1966. The line team from Okehampton to Bude via Holsworthy. My Mum used part of the line to get to Grammar school in Okehampon. The line from Exeter to Okehampton reopened last year but I think the line from Okehampton to Bude was dug up so little chance of that every being resurrected.

Bernie has my luck 1 blind tiny bunker in the middle of the hole and he lands in it. He's officially a true amateur golfer😂 ball definitely going to be chunked short of the bunker Infront of the green. That's how I would play it😁 but I would have knifed the next one into the club house

Bude railway station closed in 1966, it had opened in1898 - today the site is housing, all that remains is one solitary brick pillar, the old railway bridge over the river is still there I think…

Me and my family have been going on holiday to Bude for many years. My father now in his 70’s since he was a child. I can confirm there was once a railway in Bude, I think it was closed in the mid 60’s.
