I had that figure when I was a kid! It used to be higher pitched when he said "Red Alert." I think due to age it made the electronics sound off and slow.

There is a new Red Alert figure based on his Armada design... but it's releasing in the Generations Prime toyline, the successor to Legacy.

yeah i noticed that a few of the armada figures had very bad transformations and articulation due to the minicon gimmicks.

Articulation wasn't exactly the highest priority back then... The same could be said for the Armada line's predecessor, RID 2001, for most of the figures in that line were redecos of G1, G2, Beast Wars, and Machine Wars figures.

Honestly I feel like the Red alert action figure is pretty bad because first of all the arms on the toy is so small and thin and the legs just look so cheap and the Red alert figure in Autobot mode just looks like he is wearing the car than being the car and I feel like the designers focused more on the car mode and action figure mode
