he was talking like that because apparently they heard themselves through the headphones which is hard to talk through if you don't have experience with it. But it's funny though.

+Mrwizard3234 You can find RU-vid videos about this or look up the app "audio jammer". He heard his voice, but it was fed back to him a bit later than his speaking (perhaps 0.5 seconds). This made him think he was behind (by 0.5 seconds) and so he kept repeating his words. It's a hilarious phenomenon.

+Tristan Vdb It's easy to talk if you hear yourself as you're speaking - that's what we're used to. For some reason the software was feeding his voice back slightly late. Maybe 0.5 seconds late. That's what caused the issue. Look up the audio jammer app.

No I dont think so, it was after a tournament and it was mango armada in grand finals, and mango was winning, and then armada pulled out peach and dominated him the rest of the matches and won. Then it was a lot of trash talk at the foundry between leffen armada and the commentators it was so funny.
