OK legit, I reckon a series like this will lead to a coupke of thousand at least to have heard of Taunton irl when the wouldn't have usually. I reckon there should be an RNG event for lowest league sides that happens in game where "a youtuber has done a series with your club. Your reputation has been boosted by half a star."
Live channel update: 4 stream(s) behind! Same thing happened in my fm 21 Notts County save, Liverpool bought Will Norris for 105k I bought him for 150k. I sold him because I broke a promise about improving coaching and he sulked the entire team.
Can someone explain this. A player wanted star player & 900k contract. I can’t afford that coz I’m Derry in the Irish league. But then he signs for a club on a 150k contract 🤯
This year's fm is the worst by far when it comes to transfers, contracts, loan wages and player promises. No matter how much upgrades they release, the issues somehow morph into bigger ones.
@@ahmedramisoufari8820 I don’t think it’s a problem tbh it’s pretty normal for a player to sign for less wages at somewhere he wants to play while asking for more for somewhere he doesn’t want to play. Often times you’re playing as a club with less reputation than your rivals for a player so you have to offer them much more money to convince them to play for you it’s pretty common
The Ansen transfer is so booky I'd love to know FM's reasoning for it because the same thing happened to me. Chelsea bought my backup keeper for 150k and he also got crazy wages. Like are they playing in the u21 or u23s? Or for a promise to satisfy another player like with Soucek. Just baffling
Probably has to do with the home grown quota in the PL. Even IRL, a lot of teams have an okay-quality homegrown (in nation) goalie in their squad. Thinking of Marcus Bettinelli at Chelsea, Scott Carson at Man City, Tom Heaton at Man Utd, etc.
