Are there non toxic alternatives?? because all these products could be a hazard aswell. Hot steam and hot water in machine 2 x wash is just as good as high level sprays.

Pest and flea control products are toxic and not great for humans either. Caution might be needed on floors or furnishings where little Taj is crawling. There is no doubt that our pets need flea control but there are some other potential health implications from inhaling aerosol pesticides, too!
So sorry this happened, and easily done from people also coming in and out and none of your family except mom, cleans like you do at all. When I had my Willow House Bed and Breakfast in Virginia Minnesota I had an old two story home I turned into a B and B when husband had left me with my son ill and the house.. Being a former resort owner in Ely, I figured I could run a small B and B,.. The B and B i created was upstairs.. with all wooden floors. Fresh paint and varnish on the floors upstairs....then down where I was wood floors NOT varnished.... and i had a family of seven cats.... had rescued the mom, and kept all six babies.. had then twelve years. BUT THEY GOT FLEAS... I got many of the same chemicals you did from the Pet store in town ..BUT found vinegar used regualrly on the floors was the best.. Also used vinegar in the wash . Then washed the cats with water and vinegar wash....... it worked finally but active non stop prayer is what worked. I called a CS practitioner to pray as I knew that would remove the THOUGHT of fleas. He prayed with me about this knowing that God ws good and all God made was good... and that ALL WAS GOOD. I went into deep prayer on this.. and finally the fleas disappeared totally . So I will be praying for you and love the dryer for the cats...and they are all being so good about it too.
