may favorite part of all of this is the feeling i got when i realized this is what me and my friend do but you decided to turn on a camera. very wholesome and just felt at home and comfortable, some podcasts seem like forced conversation but not this one. :D made me feel like im hangin with the boys

Tbh overalll in terms of dps at high uptime I think burst will always win, but on moments that burst classes are building up their dps or meter or whatever, its the sustain dps classes that make sure you keep the dps uptime high. My main in EUC is a 1510 WD and my highest alt is a 1490 demonic shadowhunter. During raids I'd rather prefer synergy and constant dps than always having to depend on burst windows. On my WD I provide so much synergy that I make my friends that play burst shine during raids. For me personally that adds up to more than just being n1 on the MVP screen.
Love stoopzz and best podcast of any game i play BUT he’s 100% wrong on telling people to push 1520. That’s a swipe brain and it’s better to push alts to 1490 for 1-2 and new mats. Don’t fall for the FOMO and waste all that gold! Focus gems and alts like ATK says.
Stoopzz you gotta let people talk and flush out their ideas after you asked them a question. You keep interjecting your own opinion and feelings without letting them finish if they don't agree with you. Aside from that, great cast.
The whole thing with the zerker nerf is that its a 6% dps loss at max tripods but they scaled down the damage on lower level tripods because they said zerkers were performing too well pre 1415. Zerkers without tripods do considerably less damage plus with the potion nerf made them go from the most efficient classe to below average. It doesn't help that most NA players can't dodge so being the most squishy class just makes no sense to play with them.
Content-wise the future looks good. Economy-wise, Lost Ark is heading into some rough seas in NA. Blue crystal prices have hit 3k+ on NA. It's not just a South America meme anymore. New players are basically priced out of engraving books (10-20k for class books) and cutting a 7/7 stone can easily cost 100k+ gold worth of pheons now.
Biggest issue for me was them taking forever to release Machinist. I was super hyped and looking forward to the games release but it didn't have the class I wanted to main. So I ended up being in limbo more or less playing the game super casually. By the time the class came about I didn't have much drive to play the game. I'm now finally getting into it nearly 2 months after the release of the class I was most excited to play. Granted that down time for me was used to push some alts which are to my benefit in the long run but I really wish the class was just there from release so I'd have experienced everything firsthand with it.
About the topic of brel, I think not pushing is smart IF you plan to push alts to 1490 instead and you are just hording bounds mats to push a few days before to 1520. If you plan to do that, pushing later is better since you will have a lot more mats bound to cut cost, more silver and gold in the long run. But if you are only focusing in 1 character pushing 1520 is the main goal you should have.
I most DEFINITELY think it’s better to push alts to 1490, in order to farm the new guardian stones, bracelets, and sell those for gold. And then when prices stabilize, time to buy mats back at half price
How about a tier list that indicates the class engraving as well. Also given the discussion about floor and ceiling it would be good to know what classes have high damage floors.

Stoopz is so right talking about content drought. I got to 1492 on my main and had multiple alts clearing vykas, and valtan. Then WOTLK classic came out and I've been playing that and haven't touched Lost Ark since. Clown released one week or the same week as WOTLK but there was 2 months of nothing new in the game prior and I sadly lost the itch / grind to play Lost Ark toward the end of that 2 months of no conent. I don't know if I'll return anytime soon because WOTLK is really fun (never played when it originally released) and dragonflight is coming out 2 months later. I've enjoyed playing but the daily grind and having to wait 10 minutes to load into the game kind of kills it for me. The legion raids were some of my most fun MMORPG experiences. Going in blind on Valtan and Vykas spending 10+ hours learning the fight was so much fun.
I personally main Shadowhunter at the moment in EU without Grudge/Cursed doll, because it's the ideal raid progression char imho. It's cheap to build up and even if you don't know the mechanics and burst windows of bosses yet you can do good dmg. She's mobile and has good survivability. And it's also fun to play, good mix with spammy skills and some more bursty ones you need to time. I love my EO soulfist too, but in a new raid I'm not sure I would do well :D
I was expecting to get Summoner and Reaper within the year, not because of Copium, but because it made sense. I was planning to play both anyway so order doesnt matter to me. They probably did it so they can focus on the anniversary, im expecting a "dead" January tbh.

Sharpshooter is great. I hope they stay memed on cause nothings better than out performing other people with a class that supposedly sucks. Farrrrrr from the best class in terms of dps, but it’s by far the most fun for me personally.
Since release, I've been playing around 46 hours a week per steam, spending more time a week than my day job. Going to slow down a bit. I want to keep playing, it is a great game. Just need to convince myself it is okay to enjoy something more casually, because the way it is now, is just not sustainable.
i was saying when we predicted release in stream that i thought they would do 2 classes but thought itd be oct and dec. That way they finish off all the old classes by the end of the year. Also said it may just be hopium lol.
Clown was weird because the first 2 gates were much easier on prog than Vykas, think we finished those in about 30-40 minutes. But gate 3 was much harder, it's very chaotic and even more unforgiving than g1 Vykas. We needed a whole 2nd raid night for g3 which lasted about 3 hours. I think the biggest thing we had to learn was not to greed DPS especially during bad mechs RNG. 2nd week was significantly faster
Yeah clown gate 1 was relatively easy. We had troubles on gate 2 for sure due to getting knocked off. Gate 3 was chaos but we cleared it really fast after the initial attempt after it "clicked". I remember when Vykas came out, we couldn't even get past gate 1 for a few days of trying.
That debate about Zerker is fun, my 2 cents is taking into account what ATK says when you play someone like Zerker with long animations and very low defence there are fight that you can't dps or hit, so that 6% start to add real quick specially when you not only lose 6% yoursefl but your synergy is buffing the rest of your team so you lost up to 10% and sometimes your team can use your synergy and you can't. That's why Berzerkers feels like a much worst class in practical content, I don't think is the worst but is significally weaker thatn before the nerfs.
Yeah, this. I’ve known games that have too much difficulty creep that involve pushing the tempo of a game too fast and cause classes and types of gameplay to become outdated whether the playstyle was healthy/interesting or not. Classes need to be made or adapted with the tempo changes in mind or the game needs to have regular soft resets so that it doesn’t alienate groups like that.
I get it Stoopzz, you saying it's the best player and we have to imagine that. Problem is, most people rarely see even just a pretty good player as a beserker. That class attracts the smooth brains even though the class is good. So, many of us hate the class now.
I think they should just give transform classes more things to spend gold on to upgrade. Right now they get 2x level 10 gems and no tripods. Just at least give them some "fake" tripods to spend gold on. It isn't fair to mains of the class that they can't put more into their character to maximize it
I love you Stoopzz truly and I'm subbed but damn I loathe your love for hype sometimes. So we rush now, but we will probably never get content on release with KR. Meaning eventually we end up in BDO jail. Ooooo new content coming to KR, World release 6months to yr later.
I'm still hella bummed that tripods are gonna take so long. I put so much effort into finding them and now I have to wait two more months. Really like hearing Reaper arrive before Brel, because I'm feeling a great new alt in her... Can't wait for that. But tripods are gonna be square one with no loopholes, that's a bummer.
The only thing im upset about the roadmap and just pure lack of communication on is the legendary skins from the jars, i know they didnt want the gamba in but at least give us an update on them, i made my main purely for the legendary skin and its not even here or any info on when or if its gonna be coming. imo take them out the jar put them in the shop throw a 7500* (*or however much) royal crystal cost on them and give them to us.
In my clown group most of us have jobs or school and shit, and have spent very little on the game (15 bucks in my case) and we are 1490-1510, with my friend having a 1475 and a 1460 alt with a few 1445 alts. I personally have a 1460 alt and then a couple 1445 and 1415 alts. I don't know about other people but our group has been above 1490 for a while, and even on a dead server when I go into a 1415 Chaos gate it's just a sea of 21 glows. PS. I do want new players to come into the game, and I do want them up to level before they can think about quitting BUT, the PP and Hyper Pass drops are honestly my least favorite things for a reason that some people might understand. The last two times I have experienced this, they drop the PP and Hyper and all of a sudden I am matchmaking with players with no engravings, no gems, no cards, and no idea what they are doing OR they don't care. My alts are built with minimal investment, and as time goes on I have to invest even less because we just don't have enough pheons...and I am still getting 45-60% Cruel fighter on a significant number of my runs. I am genuinely not even surprised anymore that Yoho is going to take longer than Deskaluda...but I recently had an 18min Deskaluda. I would just like to see people with 3x3 and level 5 gems that's all...
What's up with the advantage of 6x 1490 characters for brel? Can't we convert our current crystaline stones to the new tier of mats at a 1:5 ratio? Guardian stones can be purchased for 1g a stack - I would think the new tier of guardian stones will sell for more than 5g a stack no?
Destroyer being that low in the tier is wildd. and sharpshooter is actually pretty good imo, both LC and DS. also a great class for progging. I feel like the constant ss meme-ing makes a lot of misconceptions about the class and people who never touch it just jump on the bandwagon. and for people who follow streamers I agree with the point that the lack of a Jemto/Bongking-like player for SS in NA/EU prob contributes to the misconceptions.
@@Reddude24 be glad that those 2 classes aren't as hard to play as deadeye etc... then :P So 99% of the time you'll still MVP over other classes simply due to the ease of play provided that you play well yourself.
Don't worry. In our game we are learning new raids constantly trying to make progress. Shadowhunter is great in that scenario. This tier list is mostly to show which classes have the highest ceiling when you play perfect with the perfect gear. Also: Most important factor is FUN. I play 4 classes from the C tier list, still getting MVP on them often enough and I have much more fun than being "forced" to play Sorc (which I tried and absolutely hated) even though she might have higher ceiling.
I really think they somewhat out of touch with NA. 1520 by December sure, if your no lifing and whaling the game. Those who didn't play the game already from RU or KR, playing fresh aren't even close to the expected results. Most people are still trying to gear their 3-4-5-6 alts to clown readiness. That's at least 4-10 weeks of playing, given the price of NA. NA accessories are the same cost as KR BIS items atm. Just take that in for a second, and you have how many avenues to make gold? The bot issue is so extreme that it's causing serious progression lag issues in the game. They should slowly add Brelz gatesd, do one at a time. Not 1-2-3-4-5-6 in one swoop.
I have very rarely watched a video from pure NA content creator and learned something new, maybe aside from a guy called majestic life or something that does market analysis in the early day right after launch. To me, that’s why Content creators that also plays in Korea is more popular.
Sharpshooter was one of the 3 classes I considered starting the game with, but then I chose deathblade for the skin. Since then sharpshooter kept getting memed, so I never made one
You should try it. Whenever I have a well-geared Sharpshooter in a group, they get mvp easily. Biggest hitters in my static are Sharpshooter and Sorc (have to say it's a whale static, and builds/gear accordingly are the best we have available).
i was expecting new raid coming at new year but maybe after it and not before same thing i was expecting reaper coming in jan and summ coming at oct-dec period
Sharpshooter 1507 - finally broke 300M per minute (5M+ per sec) 22 weapon(85 quality) one lvl9 dmg gem rest lvl7. Both weeks 45%+ dmg on kakul all gates
What class engravings? Powerpassed a SS alt, went Death Strike. Starting to build his relic gear now, but I'm at a point where I blow my rotation super quick and am just waiting for snipe Granted only lvl 5 gems across the board, but doesn't feel like just lvl 7s would remedy that
@@Yourname215 make sure you have lvl 5 tripod on snipe for cooldown. It reduce CD on snipe by 11 sec or somethinng. + invest in to lvl 7cd gem on snipe + I recommend going ring and neck in to swift. (1 ring, 2earings and neck in crit so no spec) And I have deathstrike, loayl, grudge, keen and hitmaster
