Full real estate development....politicians making tons of money and city roads becoming like Charminar roads imagine the situation once all the office open we may not have place to walk because building have encroached pavements and roads with no space for drainage. One hour of heavy rainfall we may have to swim our way to office....

There are less blue collar jobs created. We missed the manufacturing bus, we lost to Bangladesh in textile business which creates lots of jobs for urban poor. So, Telangana depends on IT and pharma.

You will never find overflowing drainage, dangling cable tv wires or electricity wires, open drains in Pune.
