I bought the same exact stroller a couple weeks back for $13.99 at my local thrift! Only it’s not a Seville but a 790ND series. I couldn’t figure out how to fold it so came to RU-vid and found your video! An added bonus was you showing that I could unlock the other two wheels which was a life saver because turning it was such a pain! Thank you so much!
I know you are so glad you found that stroller. It looks like it's so much easier to manage than the other one. You did good getting it for $4.00. Take care.
My daughter was born in 1988. I had a Graco stroller like your 80's one. Mine was Burgundy in colors. Loved it! It was simple to use. It held up well and I used it for my son too. 🌹❤ Gina
My children were born in 73 and 75 and my stroller was a tartan plaid with a metal pull out foot rest and a canopy top with fringe! At the time I thought it was the latest and greatest!
If you find another one let me know!!! I'll drive up from Valencia and get it; I've been looking for one for so long.. My son was born in 96 and I had the pastel multi-colored Seville, then 2 years later I got the DOUBLE one that was the same navy with white polka dots.. memories!!
I think the materials are compromised with the newer buggies because they have to have more time and money spent on the safety components due to some parents not using common sense and babies getting injured and so the company's can make more money they use cheaper material's, which in turn makes the consumer also spend more money as the newer models dont make good hand me downs as they are worn or broke... i much prefer vintage, and if used correctly, they are safe and very durable also soo adorable ! ❤
