Pushing less videos a week, focusing on quality over quantity, and getting back to the roots sounds like the right way to go! Stoked to see the new content
Could use another pandemic, too. It's basically the biggest reason why they blew up after YEARS of content. You can mark their decline directly at the end of the pandemic. People wanted to get out of the house. They wanted nostalgia from their teenage years. All the emotions that came with the pandi were easily quelled by their videos, but only for so long.
32 single dad to a 4 year old. I am hoping I can get my son to skate. But I’ve never skated so I’d have to learn but it’s pretty expensive to start just in a board isn’t it?
broo!! keep going please continue uploading videos. After 15 years I returned to skating just because I was lucky enough to see the tutorial videos you had on your channel. I'm 31 and I've been practicing for a year and that was thanks to all of you, no matter what the people say you already have many achievements and you are great you make skating more fun and not everyone has that vibe
There's been so many pivotal moments and chapters that have passed with Braille. I 'd always be like 'well what now?' and it's always blossomed into something great. I'm glad you're pushing forward Aaron. I've loved all the diff characters/skaters that have come thru or been around Braille although I definitely watch this channel cause of you. I've been so happy to see you in videos again and I'm excited for the next chapter.
Yes bro! I’m always rewatching their old worst board at the park vids. I always enjoyed seeing people’s reactions when they get a complete board bc of having the worst board at the park
I respect your decision and I would like to thank you so much for teaching me how to Ollie and getting me into skateboarding. I’m six years into skating now and I just cannot thank you enough please don’t give up
Braille got me into skateboarding years ago when I was like 14, I'm now turning 23 and braille gave me the motivation to push past my limits, much love from SA❤️🇿🇦
I'm 14 now, and these absolutely amazing people got me into skating when I was 11. I can ollie now, and I hands down would not be this physically fit if not for them. Covid really hit hard, but these guys made it better.
You all have brought so much more to life for skateboarding. You’ve taught so many people to skate and hype everyone up to do the same. You are bringing in the future. You’ve got so many people like Ricky, Nigel, Glo, and you pouring into the youngsters coming up like JD. Stay schwifty and keep it moving. Can’t wait to see what y’all go up next.
Been here since the beginning and have loved Braille and everything it has stood for! Watching the community you created at the parks was the best thing, so getting back to that is going to be super fun to watch. Excited and stoked for the direction you’re taking, Aaron! Your incredibly positive and hopeful attitude keeps these wheels rolling. All the love and support!
I am 21 years old now about to move out soon and leave my 9 year old lil bro behind. Your channel is what got me and him into skateboarding. We have had so many great memories learning to skateboard together and it's all thanks to you❤
I've been watching Braille since the start. My favorite videos are games of skate. Flat ground, full park, anything counts, weird boards, it doesn't matter what kind of game it is, games of skate will always be my favorite.
My favorite type of videos are seeing progression. When the guys go through it to try and learn new new tricks. Not just a trick that they know they can do, but literally new tricks. And even it takes 5 videos, I think that those are the ones that I resonate with. I also love watching beginners learn new tricks and doing things that they've never done and didn't think they could. That's the one of favorite things about going to the skatepark, it's watching total strangers succeed in their goals :)
Wow. I wouldnt have ever thought that braille would have a change in the time of me watching it, but im also on board with your decisions. I have only been skating for now just only a year, and already I can land a heelflip (with toetouch) and a treflip. I will be waiting for your teching videos on all the tricks, and your videos on all the other things you guys have planned for us. I really want to thank you for not quitting even when such a hard time is happening with all the members leaving. Thank you aaron, thank you❤
Bro. Just doing this on a thread to hope ypu see it, but im so glad you guys went on the all terrain tour while it was still the big whole team. Nothing can take those memories away from you guys. Aaron, gabe, ricky, jd, nigel, mowgli, glo, and even mcnuggs. Me and my whole family loves you guys so much. Best wishes, and we hope this channel kills forever...@brailleskateboarding
well done Arron, we love you, we are happy that Braille will continue, your keeping a smile on a lot of peoples faces, thank you for teaching me and many others how to skate, ❤️❤️
Man what do I say. We appreciate you so much Aaron. After having to quit skating due to a bad knee I’ve just really enjoyed watching this channel for years. Thanks for all you do.
He will never address the fact that everyone is leaving the company because he keeps giving major chunks of channel profit to his very questionable "religion". If more people found out where most of their support and money are actually going, theyd be way more upset.
This is not true at all. Don’t believe what you hear on the internet. This channel is about skateboarding and anyone trying to make it about something else is just trying to invalidate the good work that I do helping people learn how to skateboard. 5,500 videos made and 0 mention of religion because this channel is about skateboarding and growing the community
@@MountFlanklin everything he said went straight over your head this wasnt supposed to be about employees and isnt what he wanted it to be its just how it turned out
@@oxentarykeith9919 yes. The employees were carrying the channel. He was happy to have employees when they were pumping out videos making money for him. They got sick of the bad pay. Now he cannot make as much content.
I bought a Skate this week at 31 for the first time in 15 years because of you buddy. Thank you Aaron for what you are doiing I cant wait to see this new content.
Your videos gave me an outlet to learn, laugh and make friends. Once I found your guys Chanel I couldn't stop watching. You're the reason I made some of my friendships through high-school. I fell off over the years with work and a wife but deep down skating will always be apart of my life and your Chanel has alot to do with that. I thank you all at braille for all the work and love you put into the skating scene.
You guys were the most entertaining skateboarding channels Ive watched in really enjoyed all the videos you produced from the weird skateboards/you make it we skate it! & skateboarding hacks. etc never stop growing man really appreciate the stuff you do to help skateboarding for beginners and pros what ever happens we all support you! Whatever you decide to do love ya Aaro! Same with the Braille crew/ Braille team.
I started skating because i saw your video. I was not skating but randomly your video showed up and i watched it. Now I'm skating and i have been watching your videos for a long time. Once i gave up on skating because it was very hard but your video made me skate again. Keep it up you have the best skating channel!!!
I watched braille a ton back in 2018, I had just got out of Basic training and didn’t really have any friends. Braille became that friend group, it was a rough time. As I built up a new friend group, I stopped watching Braille so much. Finding these videos again years later, I have binged an uncomfortable amount of skateboarding content in the past two weeks lmao. But I am so glad to be tuning back in during such a pivotal time for Braille. Love you guys ❤
Change is scary, unexpected and unpredictable at times but necessary to grow and move forward. Keep your head up braille & Aaron, and the rest will work itself out 🔥🔥✌️✌️
My favorite videos have always been seeing you all having fun. Don't try too hard and just have fun. Thank you all for your hard work and the years of helpful videos.
I admire souls like yours, Aaron. Thanks for all the energy, time and headaches you endure on a weekly basis, to make sure all of us have skateboarding content to consume. The people you surround yourself with says a lot about the person in charge. Wish all the winds be hitting your sails.
Aaron you are the best, I've been watching you since the very beginning, you taught me skateboarding and so much more, and I think we're all super excited to see where things are going from here. We love you.
I’ve been around since the start and have seen so many ups and downs! Very sad to see Gabe go but very happy to see you re-engaged in the forefront of the creative process!! Can’t wait to see what you come up with and I really hope you keep your team supported and growing! THIS GIRL IS ON FIIIIIIIIRE!
I'm 16 and I'm at a point were my friends gave up skating and now I skate alone, and I'm learning my dream tricks cuz of you guys but skating alone can only get so far, for me braille is the only reason I continue and I hope to see future videos but please keep making videos because you guys are the only reason I am skating rn...
Haven’t been watching for very long but from what I've seen I'm glad to see that someone out there cares enough about to the community that they are so ambitious about that they came out and shared this video to let the people know they are try to make things better for everyone 😊
I’ve always had mad respect for you Aaron and I’m so excited that you are getting back to the heart of Braille. This is what made me fall in love with the channel in the beginning. Support your community and we will support you! Keep going bro!
As long as you guys are still a part of my daily life. No matter what the concept is, I'll watch It. You will evolve. Become almost like family in a weird kind of way. Thanks for keeping us in the loop aron. And thank you for keeping us entertained. All these years. Never let the haters get you down
Just keep doing what's in your heart. Aaron Kyro is an awesome dude and deserves props for teaching so many to skate. He inspired me to learn tricks, I've learned over 50 tricks in my first 10 months.... Never would have done this without you guys pushing skating on the world. I personally have gotten 6+ people back on a board or freshly starting, from your passion. Keep it going, don't let anything stop you. If there's anything to be learned from skating it's you fall down, and you get up and keep trying. You got this dude don't worry.
I'm glad you recognise the issues and are taking steps to correct them. Personally I'd like to see better reviews of things. I remember the landyachtz video but no pros and cons were ever discussed, no comparisons to the other boards or regular boards. The same goes for most different types of boards you get. Rarely do you guys try new styles of skating or use them for their intended purpose. It's always just kickflipping and down the stairs til it breaks, which is also fun and should be included but I'd love to see you guys get out of your comfort zone and use a longboard/all terrain/cruiser/downhill/whatever properly. Maybe even taking a lesson from someone with the appropriate skillset. Maybe an interview series with some other awesome skaters too.
I don't think I'd like to watch serious reviews from a channel that mostly gets their stuff for free to make a video on. (This isn't a dig!) Just getting the stuff and making a funny video using it is enough for me. Sure I'd love to see SOME pros and cons inserted into that but I wouldn't watch Braille vids to help make a purchase decision.
The first video of yours I ever watched was the glass skateboard. I’ve watched tutorial videos, weird boards, games of skate. I’m not even a skateboarder, but I have enjoyed the ride so far and will continue to enjoy it. Thank you guys for doing what you do, through all the ups and downs, changes in the company, changes in the content. It’s all been awesome and best of luck as things progress forward
Found this channel when I was 13 and started skating. I never really got into it but I just rediscovered this channel, now as a 20 year old I'm gonna accomplish that goal i set 7 years ago. Thank you Aaron!
Appreciate the transparency as long as you are enjoying the product you’re producing I think people will see that and be happy to watch and also inspire people to learn as I’m sure so many have can’t wait to see the next chapter thank you Arron❤️
I've been subscribed Braille for longer than I can remember and it was a massive part of my childhood. Im not going to lie I haven't watched a video in a few years. Now as a 25 year old married dad I'm looking forward to Braille going back to how I remembered it. And maybe I will finally dig my board back out.
Braille will never die!! Thank you Aaron for all the years of awesome content! You got me back into skating again and showed me why I love doing it. Hope to see Braille grow and continue and thrive
Honestly used to watch you so much when I used to skate when I was 13. Fast forward to the age of 24 and I’ve been watching you again and I love the work you do. Keep it up Aaron. Lot of love out here in the UK
Love you Aaron! You taught me that I don't have to be the best skateboarder or do the craziest tricks! You made me want to skate even more because even though I was never amazing, I was still learning new tricks all the time and that feeling will always be the best feeling in the world! Thank you so much for everything!
I'm 56 years old iv been subscribed and watching when Lance started to learn how to skate, thanks Braille for all you have done and what you have to give going forward.
Watching this video really takes me back to my middle school days , summer mid 2010’s , unlocking so many memories it’s crazy to think time has flew by so fast , I wish I can go back to the time I sat on the side walk with my buddy to watch the newest braille video on our skateboards , can definitely say you’re the reason I was on RU-vid every morning as a kid
At the time when I didn't have WiFi and couldn't watch RU-vid many years, I still watched RU-vid just because of you, even only on 144p, because of data volume, but I didn't care. I was happy to do this for you. I've been there since the first episode of skate everything. I have only love for you. lots of love from Germany. Thank you for all the videos and your enthusiasm
Dude, thanks for filling me in with where things have been and where you plan on taking things, I’m stoked to see what happens! This is not the end, just a new plateau your gunna crush and take it to another level!
Back in 2018, at the age of 30, I thought I was too old to start skateboarding…I started watching videos of Lance learning how to kickflip and that got me so inspired!!! 6 years on, my love for skateboarding is still going strong and in a couple of months I will become a dad, I am 100% gonna show my son all these Braille videos when he grows up 😊 Thank you Braille, thank you for bringing skateboarding into my life!
You got this old (34) Canadian on a board, I'm progressing kinda slowly but I'll let you know when i get my kickflip! Thanks for not gatekeeping the sport like so many in the community. If it weren't for you guys, i would have always thought there's no point in trying. Keep shredding braille legends!
Been watching Braille since approx. 2016-2017. I never even owned a skateboard, but loved the enthusiasm Braille had and shared for free. I'm now 24 years old and will be buying a skateboard to hopefully follow along with whatever comes next. Honestly excited!
It's been a while since I've watched your videos. I was probably around 11 when I first came across this channel and I enjoyed watching the content you made even though I didn't have a skateboard yet-but I did have a penny, which I have outgrown. I recently got a skateboard (finally) for Christmas and I thought I should come back to watching you guys! I'm 19 now and even though I'm a little sad some have left, it's nice to know you're still here pushing forward Aaron :) Thank you for being the reason I wished to have a skateboard ❤️
I’ll work for free, I’ve always wanted to be an editor/producer, and I’d love to learn to skate better!! You all seem so amazing and down to earth!! Super chill, no hate!! Braille is the best, Most Loving, Caring, brand!! ❤❤❤❤❤
I started watching and skating during the Lance era and Today I learned videos. As much as Gabe was the glue that helped this channel stay together, I don’t think Braille will have any problems finding their place in this new era. Make the videos you love to make Aaron. Do what makes you happy we love to see it regardless. 👊🏼
I tried skateboarding as a kid and was terrified, in my mid 20’s I picked it back up and had a blast. Now in my 40’s I landed my first Ollie and that is all thanks to you Aaron! I watched my first braille video sometime last year and have been hooked ever since. Thank you for being a positive voice in the skateboard community!
Man since I was first learning to skate as a teen all the way till now (28) I've been watching these videos. We appreciate u! Keep up whatever content makes u feel happy about your work.. We will continue to support. We love u Arron fr.
You rekindled my passion. Now i am ecstatic i will be able to teach my son in a few years and watch him grow. We have grown together and we love you man. Youve created such a diverse, welcoming community and it has changed skateboarding for the better, forever
Aaron, you’re the reason I started skating at 11 years old, 18 years old now, I’ve been watching since the tutorial videos, I love you Aaron and I am so grateful for you. I am not sad about this. I am happy and excited to see what content comes out next! Much love ❤️ 🫶🏻
I am a 48 yr old that started skating in the late 80s to early 2000. I never wanted to be pro but enjoyed the emotion and what the core of skating is. Fun. I started watching Braille in late 2019 and something about you and the vibes that you had just enjoying what skating had to offer hit home. Started watching other channels but Braille and the Powell team has lit a fire in me. A month ago I got a new complete and started at it again. Just want to say thank you for giving this old guy a look at his past and looking forward to landing a few tricks!! Like anything in life, if there is joy and passion behind it, you can't fail.
Hi Aaron, been following you guys since the beginning. With every person leaving I feit sad but you know it got better and better. I hope you get a fresh new start now with some of the old and goofy footage. Started skating again because of you guys. Love you guys
Stumbled upon this channel a while back, can honestly say the vibes were so chill then i saw you guys were somewhat local and even made a video here in Fairfield with the shoeless dude, hope the best for yall
Love it, longtime viewer, You should consider just doing a couple just skate sesh videos and just hanging out ripping and talking/hanging/chillin and getting to know the guys more. Thanks so much for all the great content over the years.
Aaron Kyro you have been such an inspiration to me even though I don’t know how to skateboard I love the sport and it’s all because of you. I see how loyal you are to your team and to the viewers of this amazing Chanel and it’s just really inspiring man you are a legend in my book.
So awesome, you've gone so far and nobody can take that away from you. You definitely deserve your success and thanks for teaching me and so many others!
You need to do a timeline video. One that shows each of the skaters as well as behind the scenes people. When they started and when they left. You did Braille origins years ago.
I have loved this channel for years and I have no feelings as though that will change. You have been like a virtual uncle/father figure to me and I greatly appreciate what this channel stands for as well the example of a man that you all have been. Looking forward to watching more growth both in the channel as well as those involved
I gotta say thank you to you aaron and everyone with braile skateboarding for being a huge impact on my life as someone who loves skateboarding and watches almost every video i can.. you guys are awesome its sad to see everyone that has left but you all have been a huge inspiration to me to get out n skate
