I am not saying congress is going to correct the prices, but there was too much artificail pump .. for eg. with out even approvals/constructing 1sqft .. in the prelaunch state for the full outrate payment.. project might take up to 5-6 years also from .. I don't want to name that famous builder wanted to sell for 7k before launching/outrate.. is that not an artificial pump ? I am saying that will stop and builders will come to reality than vitual reality :)

There are many unrealized IT parks they are also gone. It will lead to collapse only. Pharma city alone enough.
