Indigo Park is an immersive first-person exploration game that takes you on a thrilling journey through the eerie remnants of an abandoned amusement park. As the protagonist, you will step into the shoes of an adventurous soul eager to uncover the mysteries hidden within this once vibrant and lively attraction.
Explore a desolate world where time has stood still, and nature has reclaimed its territory. The amusement park, once filled with joyous laughter and cheerful music, now echoes with haunting silence and faded memories. Guided by an A.I. assistant*, help restore power to the destroyed amusement park while you avoid the reason it shut down.
Once one of the most renowned theme parks of the world, Indigo Park was suddenly shut down after a mysterious, horrific incident. Years later, in a search for nostalgia, you break into the park to explore the abandoned attractions. You may remember this place, but you'll need some help from a special A.I. friend*.
Previously the park's A.I.-driven* tour guide, Rambley the Raccoon will take over screens and other aspects of the park to communicate with you! Explore the park as you find collectables, secrets, and discover why the park was shut down, all while being guided by Rambley! Find items, solve puzzles, and restore power to the park as you run from the reason it shut down.
*Rambley, the AI character is a work of fiction, and is not utilizing actual "AI", rather stunning 2D animation and voice acting to communicate with the player.

One thing i find very confusing is when in mollie's landing pads you are climbing the slide and see mollie for a split-second, there is blood dripping from her, which is pretty weird because the last time someone visited the park is 8 years ago, alll blood would have dried up in that time

Off topic, but I love the really chill vibe of your videos. In the age where the stuff that gets the most views is almost always the stuff that is loud, in your face, and hypes up false promises, it's a breath of fresh air for you to speak to your audience in such an informative and respectful manner. I wish you all the best in your creative endeavors, and truly hope that the game turns out to be everything you ever wanted it to be-- you are truly one of the best mascot horror creators I personally have ever seen.

i really appreciate the whole team taking so many precautions for the future, like taking care to properly budget the kickstarter profits and not rushing straight into developing ch. 2 c: really feels like everyone involved is determined to make the most of things and to make chapter 2 even better than its predecessor, i’m super excited to see what’s in store for this already great game!

Honestly it's great to hear your pacing yourself, one of the worst things indie game devs can do is get too ambitious and end up with a half finished game. Take your time so you can stay passionate about the game because that's what really shines through.

Me, my sister, and my baby duck love indigo park (he pecks at the screen when I watch play throughs) and I’m really excited for whatever chapter two is going to bring (especially because I’m obsessed with Finley lol). I’m not a big fan of horror games (I like poppy playtime bc of the lore and the characters are cool lol) and I don’t play them, but I’d love to try this game someday, as I love it so much. Thanks for creating this game, and helping me realizing I kinda like the mascot horror genre

Had I played this game a few days sooner I would have looked into the game early enough to have been able to nab myself a Rambley plush, oh well. I can wait for official merch and in the meantime I can drop a donation here and there when I can afford it!

House Flipper 2 did this great thing where they had photoes of the devs in the credits next to their names, and I'd love to see more developers doing that so fans know who made that boppin music or designed their favorite gameplay sequence ❤

Something that I would really like to see happen later is that when it perhaps be in chapter 3 or 4 (or half of the ones you want to do), they make an enhanced version of the chapter 1 with more quality (lighting, fur, textures, animation, language and other things).

I just played this game off steam and clicked the link at the end to see the channel, and I have to say the start of this game blew my mind. I can see a strong resemblance with Disney in all the positive ways giving this a nostalgic feel. I CAN NOT WAIT to see a full release of this game! Even if this game becomes super expensive for the full version, I would cough it up to enjoy this game. I cant wait to see the next ride!

Here’s a bit of helpful criticism, instead of building the gameplay of the game around Rambly, build it around how you want it to be. Puzzles, Lore, anything like that. Then put Rambly in the spots where it seems he would fit.

Glad you made this indie game. No story or game is ever truly perfect. As well as the life we all live in. In reality, it's a struggle. And sometimes it takes time to push through it. I have like a theory when you are fixing the Rambley`s railrood. You meet like the Mollie animatronic or what it is. In the hallway the animatronic Mollie says "Rambley hurt Loyd" so i think Rambley is gonna be a the villain in a future chapter or something.

I absolutely love this game! I’d love to see the first chapter get the extra love and passion that the 2nd chapter gets! It’d be great to see the same sort of love and attention that the 2nd chapter and later get, sort of what happened with the original Bendy game. Just visual touch-ups and bug fixes. I'm terribly sorry to ask this here, I don't really know if this question is even worth asking or if the discord would be a better place to ask it. You say that, at the time of the video it was in, someone reached out to make the plush. I'm assuming Makeship at the time, but I can't find anything that states they reach out first, but I also just can't find much information on this as a whole. I ask as I am planning to make a critique of the game (A fair one, not blind praise and not max cynicism rot that actually sparked this fire in me to want to do this in the first place) and that is one "out side of the game" topic I know I want to try and address (to all of the 0 people aside from close friends that'll see it) I'm very glad to hear the plans explained like this, too many before have just floundered after their kickstarter money runs dry. I do still worry about it of course, as, and not to be mean or anything, those with more experience in money management of game projects have drowned before as they ran out of kickstarter money early on. But I am cautiously optimistic. Keep up the good work!

In addition to fixing the bugs, might you guys be interested in doing some refurbishing or updating Chapter 1 as a whole like Bendy or Dark Deception did? I think doing so might be a necessity to make the quality of the chapters consistant at some point, but it would also be a great way to show off the progress of the game's development as well.

i LOVED this game! i just got a new laptop that allows me to play games other than roblox, and this is one of the first i played. it's so cute and adorable, and i love the collectibles in the game. the collectibles fill my little completionist heart

Honestly im really glad indigo park exists, it really seperates itself from what one could consider a "cash grab" by a multitude of factors, but the biggest being a pure passion project and asking the viewers themselves "Hey buddy, if you liked this game, help us make it the best it can be" Not many games are willing to ask whats wrong, so thats a major step in the right direction and i cannot wait to see the future of this series

this is the best mascot horror game honestly. i love rambley, and it has actually good characters. when they jumpscare you, they don't just grow some big teeth randomly. they actually look good!

I hope you take your time and work on future content at a comfortable pace without too much stress. Not only does that lead to a bad first impression at launch, like with No Man's Sky or Cyberpunk 2077, but it also is damaging to the mental health of the creators. I would much rather wait a longer period of time to see a finalized project that fulfills your vision and avoids cutting content for the sake of time. I am amazed at your level of dedication and desire to learn the skills for game development, both on a technical and storytelling level. Maybe you might even inspire others to take the leap of making their own games, truly bringing things full circle.

one question i don't think i've seen answered about episode 1 is what is the approximate breakdown of the game size, what aspect is the biggest for its almost 9GB file size, 3d assets, levels, textures, sound, music, voice lines? but this is a rare chance to ask a game dev and maybe get an answer unlike the call of duty 100+GB or the tiny 40 MB like animal well

As an indie game developer myself, just don't overwork yourself, if you have to extend a deadline just for the game to be good, extend the deadline. (If there is one)

I'm trying to make my own Mascot Horror and other games too, I'm no programmer yet, I'm getting everything written down then start programming, there, I can easily implement stuff and have a overview on what I want and need. Got any ideas?
