So I just got to point something out....this topic was done on June 13th and the set date was out on June 14th, just a few days before all the other stuff happen regarding the remaining Legacy store. Now of course, I've heard about the Retro Zone, Pizzacam returns, etc. Though there's some things I wanna point out..... First off, with Nanuet, as I've mentioned it'll be a 100% retro store as finding out days later...Nanuet was never going to be fully 100% retro. As their plans was to keep as much 90's stuff in the store as possible while also slightly modernizing it. As the company describes Nanuet as "the only location preserving the look and feel, music content and entertainment from the 2000's" as according to Mark, the outline for Nanuet is to preserve as much decor and art as possible, repaint and have the dance floor (as this location along with Hicksville and Springfield won't the video wall) As of now, for regrand opening, Hicksville regrand opening is on July 19th as for Pineville and Nanuet is unknown as Springfield won't have a regrand opening from hearing. Which this brings back up the show content...from hearing Hicksville will be getting the same treatment as Northridge as all answers will be question whenever the regrand open occur. Also, in case anyone comments about this.....no Nanuet is not replacing their Beta for a Rocker Stage lol I honestly don't know who made that rumor but that's not true which it'll cost a lot to do and knowing CEC......budget wise........ Though, please keep in mind.....after this there would be no more legacy stores! As of course, CEC is trying to focus on other things at the moment which would be nice to see more as I'll probably make a follow up video of what stores should've been saved as a legacy store (potentially might be a discussion who knows lol) either way, thank you all for enjoying this topic!
It’s nice to see that the iconic animatronic stages are doing well. Northridge’s 2-Stage looks great with the addition of curtains from a different location. At the time this was only going to be the sole legacy location, but we got four more, which is fantastic. Nanuet’s Studio C looks just as nice as always, even though the Garner Holt CEC bot might be stuck to random movements only for the time being. Hicksville’s 1-Stage is pretty cool as well, and I’m glad that curtains are back on the stage. Springfield’s CU-1 Stage, the last of only three of them ever made, performs better with the repairs that occurred. And of course, Pineville, Charolette, NC’s legendary 3-Stage, the last one in the world, looks amazing. With the main characters, and all the props present with Pizzacam’s recent return, it looks as if Concept Unification had just been completed years ago. Absolutely stunning and marvelous.
I’m really grateful that Cec is saving these stores for us like they all look so good so far and like no kids aren’t gonna experience these places and this is one of my favorite videos Charles!
RIP anyone who doesn’t leave near the east coast with these legacy stores. Surprised they didn’t spread them out a little bit, especially considering CEC has a lot of roots in California & Texas. I’d love to visit Pineville one day, but I don’t think I can justify the 12 hour drive.
A more expanded version of Pineville’s retro corner could work as a compensation for locations that already got 2.0/their bots destroyed. Plus they’d be pretty easy to set up
CEC is definitely taking a step in the right direction with these legacy stores, Nanuet tho I'm still confused why they're doing a studio c, and they aren't even reprogramming it
@@CEtalkshowmy interest with CEC completely ends with the termination of the animatronic shows. I expect that these stages will stop being programmed entirely at some point, even if they are saved from destruction. CEC has made it clear they are no longer interested in their animatronic shows, and quite frankly they haven’t been interested for the past couple decades. Without the “entertainment” portion of Chuck E Cheese, might as well go to Dave & Busters.
Hey, at least we're getting five but what about the road stage? Somebody has to have a road stage and I was honestly surprised that they were not going to save at least a road stage .
This is a false correction. This is NOT true AT ALL. The store is in Charlotte, North Carolina. The store is NOT in Pineville, NC. Pineville, NC has NO CEC location. The STREET NAME is "Pineville-Matthews Road". The ONLY reason fans call this store Pineville is because Charlotte had another CEC that used to have a Road Stage. That was on ALBERMARLE Road, but we used "Albermarle" and "Pineville" to separate the stores. There is no such thing as "Charlotte, Pineville, North Carolina". This is in Charlotte, NC.
@@gwenmloveskpopandmore It's not a "correction" though, he said it correctly. It's either called Charlotte, Pineville, or Charlotte-Pineville, even called Matthews sometimes
@@CEtalkshow IDK, Chris has some pretty strong bearing with corporate so we might at least be able to save the last Road Stage. (Especially since it would be cheaper for corporate in the long run.)
@rock-ctherockstarclown1465 that's not the point. It already confirmed that 5 will be saved. CEC is focusing on other stuff right now they've other things to worry about instead of saving more stores
@Chucksterthebuster I have been a CEC fan since 4 and I was just crossing here to troll but since ppl like you say things then we get mad. Then you come up saying your mad or something that is disrespectful
