Electric license plate flippers have been available for decades now. I remember seeing them in JC Whitney catalogs way back in the day lol. It's not complicated stuff, just a small electric motor on hinged shafts with a switch in the cab 🙃

No matter what a thief is never really that smart. They could have really almost certainly never been caught if they didn't have those idiotic roof racks which makes the car stand out against all of the other same looking cars in California.

You gotta give them proper credit for that. Nowadays people just robbing on broad daylight with guns whatnot and even physically harm people in the process meanwhile they just straight up used their brain for stealing.

There was a license plate trick where I live that was actually far smarter then a flipping plate. It actually took a very good eye of a seasoned police officer to notice that something was wrong with the plate. The numbers and letters were hand crafted from its original plate. The comment was that it was someone who clearly was good at arts and crafts as a child. In a distance, you couldn't tell the plate was changed with tape and sharpie. This car was discovered parked at a gas station. The officer was filling up his cruiser.

The wisest thing that should be on everyones' mind currently, should be, To invest in different streams of income that doesn't depend on the government, especially with the current economic crisis around the world.

These high gas prices even got the movie villains out here swiping fuel lmao

2009-2014 model year.. 10 year old baby Mercedes on 20’s is usually a hood car and gets unwanted attention. Suspects should of been in a low key car. Stock camera or accord. Just saying

Imagine getting pulled over for not have it a plate and then once the cops get to your window u can switch to the actual plate and say “ what do you mean I have a plate”

Cops could get you in big trouble if they ever spot you using a flipping license plate on toll pay highways. They could throw you in jail. I have seen people doing this in New Jersey Highway. This will add to your credit score for using a flipping license plate.

I use to play the arcade game Spy Hunter. I always wanted to put a smoke machine and an oil sprayer on the back of a car. Getting chased by a road raging nut? Spray oil on the road just behind your rear bumper and he slides off the road. It would be simple to build.

The police cannot just stop a car and search it because someone thought they saw something suspicious. I wonder what the legal reason was for searching the vehicle. A laptop, some leather bags, phone and cash is not evidence of burglary tools.
