@@roldandanranoco4094 The only thing I know is that mrt7 is proposed to be extended as far as ciudad de victoria then going to NMIA, mrt7 doesn't count, what Im saying is for NSCR to have a station in NMIA since it's the one that is connected to Clarck, if they do the extension of mrt7 to NMIA that's good but having NSCR connected to NMIA is better since the route is is going through all our major airports. Unless the Philippines becomes a major manufacturing hub we cannot become an industrialized developed country. Our service oriented industry like BPO and foreign workers is helping us for now but it will be a problem once technology would be able to replace it. We should should start become strict in destroying corruption and start putting our money were it's truly needed. It replaced the corrupt Northrail project with China which was cancelled in 2011. Duterte in fact almost cancelled the funding for this iirc.
