Many of us Texans fans saw a lot of potential in Nico. We just had a beyond awful team his first couple seasons. So when he finally broke out as WR1 it felt good. And Nico stepped up BIG TIME when Tank got hurt. You can argue he was MVP of the week 18 Colts game for example with all the amazing catches he was making

Your Bucs played a hell of a game, and still ended up winning your division even after such a heartbreaking loss sent you to 3-5, which would have basically ended the season for a lot of teams. You should have another good season this year. Thankfully we won't have to play you again unless it's in New Orleans in February.

Ya. I was so happy for Baker. I honestly hope he takes yall on deep playoff runs the whole time he is with yall. He deserves that after all the bouncing around he did on bad teams. And to start 3-5 after that heartbreaking loss to the Texans and win your division and a playoff game was amazing.

CJ Stroud has a very good shot of making the superbowl this decade. Heck, I do have a hot take... the Texans will win the superbowl before the Dallas Cowboys and the Texans have a better shot of making the super bowl this decade (2020's) than the Cowboys. No hate to the Cowboys fanbase.

As a cowboys fan, I wouldn’t get too excited, I remember daks incredible rookie year. We all thought the same thing. And be careful having sky high expectations, it’s kinda unfair cause he’s now destined to just disappoint if he he doesn’t perform as well as last year. And now teams have tape on him, I’m not saying stroud isn’t gonna be good this year.. I’m just saying a sophomore year for nfl qb’s are notorious for giving successful rookie year qbs trouble. And trust me, that year of tape makes a huge fkn difference for defenses. But now they got Diggs as well? Like damn, what a scary offense

As a Panthers fan, I'll never forgive them for not making the obvious pick with Stroud there. And yes, I get that it's hard to compare their seasons bc of what the Texans have on both sides of the ball vs the Panthers, but still -- everyone expected Carolina to take the dude. Because there are way too many QBs with either better proven resumes, or rookies that are just as promising. Stafford, Cousins, Rodgers, Goff, Purdy, Allen, Burrow,Hurts, Mahomes, and last but not least Jackson. There's you top ten. In no order. Then you got Jordan Love, Trevor Lawrence, Anthony Richardson, Caleb Williams incoming, who all have as much prospective talent. Not taking anything away from CJ. He's a dog, but the NFL is too loaded at QB right now. It's not a slight at him at all.

One stat line about wild card game that creators never know about is that Stroud was first in the league for passing yards per games played that season for players who played at least 6 games. Flacco was first if you counted players who played 5 games.

I'd say the Buccaneers game made CJ rookie of the year but he's got a long way to go until he's a legend I'm a Texans fan and I couldn't be happier we drafted him and potentially have a top 10 QB to compete with the studded AFC conference I just want to see CJ continue to earn his status I don't wanna crown hom too soon. This year will see if he’s worth all the hype. But to call him a top 5 right now is so hilarious. It’s the prescott crap all over again. Dude had a great rookie season and a mid sophomore season. What Coordinator's get wrong, they build their Player around their System! That's the wrong thing to do. Build the System around the Player! Whatever the Player is comfortable with, that's how you do it! Don't try to make someone learn your System. Your System may be outdated and stagnant! He's a great QB. But to call him a LEGEND after 1 season is ridiculous. You could say he had a legendary game (Or even season , I disagree but I get the argument) Saying that he's already a legend himself is completely out of pocket. CJ Stroud had a solid rookie season, but he is still overrated to me! Everyone is acting like he is a MVP caliber QB already when he hasn’t done anything! He has one playoff win against the Browns and then was blown out by the Ravens. They only scored 10 points that game! Stroud clearly has a long way to go before he can even be considered an elite QB like Dak..

In one season, he brought a team to 10 wins after a 3 win season, set records, and won a playoff game. He already has half the playoff games Dak has. Dak is a regular season player. The cowboys got thrashed in that playoff game against the packers and most of those points were garbage time points.
