Glad I started playing it before seasons 1 and thru season 1 with friends. It was best time to experience this game. I was really into this game, and than i just stopped before season 2, what make me stop playing is probably lack of variety in game mods and maps. I know its not OG Battlefield, but everyone would appreciate Rush/Operations mode from BF games, and more unique maps. And obviously there were huge server issues on top of that.

Just my personal opinion but I've enjoyed this game more than call of duty and even sandstorm

what a shame matchmaking sometimes takes over 10min now, its pretty optimized now and way less glitches. i downloaded it recently and its so fun if you actually get to play a match it should be way more popular, just sad its been in some bad light because of unresponsive devs and lack of updates/fixes

This game still has SO much potential. Everyone in the comments calling it "dead" are their own enemies. Install and play the game! It is still great We need more player! JOIN US

I always felt this game struggled with its identity. Some aspects were hardcore but then there was all that COD type stuff. It would have done better if it was more like Sandstorm but on these BF type maps. I really enjoyed the gunplay and how it encouraged teamplay.

It looks pretty cool. Not too intense but not too arcade shooter-ey.

Do you still need to grind gear? There are still 300 types of sights of which 299 are useless?

I really like this game, i dont have battlefield or any other similar games, though I always wanted to until I found this gem, its buggy and it's infuriating sometimes, but also its the best battlefield like game for free that I know of. 8/10 please play it, I want to join a full lobby for once.

I love this game. I payed to get early access like 6 years ago and got the steam authentication error ever since so never played it.

At the moment my favor fps are this one and bodycam also i ve always the old Hidden and dangerous 2 in my pc there are still players online after 20 years

I played this literally when it 1st came out and boy it was something special. They actually made it worse after each update and made it feel more and more “arcadey”. They had the golden opportunity when 2042 came out which was a disaster. They had everything except destructive environment but was planning on selling WW3 the whole time and went silent for months with zero updates. Truly disappointing and miss the game. 😢

It has good music I wish they officially released a soundtrack at least the end of round themes

one way to revive this game is to release it on consoles. I certainly would get it on ps5.

Actually bought this game then it went f2p within a couple weeks. Said fuck it. Then redownloaded it a couple days ago. It’s good but there’s just something about it that I couldn’t just get sucked in but I played it for a couple hours. Idk how to explain it.

Ww3 was deffo an amazing game, loved it when they added the drones which you could bombdrop people, ukrainain war style, people used to hate me for that, specially tanks.

I presonaly prefered the gunplay of how it was before the major mygames release. Before i feel like i could learn to controll the guns way better but since the change, all guns just feel mushy to shoot for me. Also with the change to free to play, even tho i understand the reasons of why they did it, still fucked the progression for me. Before you could freely choose what gun, part or whatever you wanted to purchase next. Now with the linear progression i would need to grind through a linear progression of unlocks i wont like. Building funny, ridiculous or cool guns is just not that easy anymore. For me those two things where a big part of my enjoyment in the game, that are sadly not present anymore so i let the game dust in my library.

this game is NOT realistic, bullets come out ur gun sideways when not adsd. mags magically refill themselves after reloading. just two examples of many. gunplay is not realistic

Man, I get mixed feelings when I see gameplay of WW3. Time moves on, and sadly this game was left behind by both the players, and most of the community. The most players I've seen at a time recently, have been around 200-300 max. I'd be really impressed if it ever came back, but I'm not betting on it.

This could have been a battlefield 2042 killer. Instead both games killed themselves!

It really has a battlefield kind of vibe. I wonder if this was produced by EA instead of Battlefail 2042

So much wasted potential with this game. One of the best gunplay for this type of game. Someone at the top really messed up, because the people doing the hard developing work really did a great job.

what breaks immersion for me is that all the guns have the same sound design with a little tweaks

The only thing they had to fix for their re-launches was their shitty servers... Let people play their game. They didnt fix the one thing they had to fix to let this game thrive.

Giving 40 players access to airstrikes was a big mistake imo. You die more to airstrike and vehicles than you do to foot soldiers, and that gets annoying really fast.

Although the game never got off the ground I at least hope some bigger titles would take a look at its map and character designs. This is the kind of urban warfare I would have loved to see in BF2042, soldiers look like...well...soldiers instead of Fortnite and vehicles were chosen much better

Should have .ade it multi platform, it would have kicked ass. I'm sure there is plenty of COD and BF players on console which would have sold their souls to play this. Fed up with COD and BF shit.

This game would probably survive if they got it on console and did cross-platform.

Good to see you back in this game again! I finally left when it was taking me 9 minutes to get on or even longer. The combat in the game is awesome but I remember the squad dynamics kinda faded after the game finally released. The anti cheat sucked too. Went back to BF4 for my fix. BTW if you get hit by an RPG as an infantry guy, you won’t ever forget it.

The slow ads on the sniper is also because you are carrying a Cheytac. It’s a heavy anti-material rifle

I'm really sad about this game. The game felt a lot like MOH Warfighter multiplayer. I miss that game and this was the closest I could get to it

I pre ordered the special edition of this game and it does alot of cool stuff. But sadly it uses warfgaming launcher and was under promoted. One of my favorite things is the target that shows where you were shot on death cam. Score streaks and gear are good too.

did they ever fix the servers starting before 20 players join. they would start as soon as one person joined and would be over by the time a lobby got full. would then kick everyone out and start over instead of having a map playlist.

The extreme horizontal recoil and vehicle spam made me rage quit this game. Did have a lot of potential as a bf3/4 alternative, sadly it didn't reach it.

This game proves that without actual game mode design it is very hard to catch people's attention. You have good graphics, good gunplay, good customisation, but you are missing the reason to fight. When played it i got bored after a few hours. I am tired of running around maps and capturing points over and over. I guess that it works for BF because all of the chaos that is happening is distracting players from actually noticing the pointless cat and mouse game mode. Or maybe it is the lack of satisfaction from getting kills. In Insurgency sandstorm I could get a lot more satisfaction from one simple kill than what I would get from 10 kills in a CoD/BF like games. Maybe this is why they feel the need to increase the size of the hitmarkers and the sound they make in every new game, because they know how meaningless a kill in this fps genre feels. I am wondering if what we need is to return to the old intimate 5v5 or 10v10 game modes where you feel like you are having more impact and that the fights are more intimate and rewarding.. I have a feeling that even if a BF4 perfect copy would release today it wouldn't succeed as much because gamers became numb and it is harder to keep them interested today then how it was 10 years ago

So many good games got lost in the haze of New releases and had launches. This being one. The bf3 formula is a favorite of mine and if course. Bf3 is nearly empty.... This game is that formula but it's even more empty. Titanfall 2 comes to mind also.

Put a few good hours in to this game really enjoyed it just a shame the issues were more then the good parts and it was the final nail once the player base went down hopefully the new team can make the changes to bring it back as would 100% play again.

i Still cant understand why they changed the helicopter controls when the maps are designed for the old controls and the height limit is so goddamn low. Hope it recovers, but we all gotta move on if it doesn't.

Spent a good 60+ hours in this with friends. We had fun as hell! Then one day we logged in and just couldn't find a match

I remember when i first downloaded this and I got the bug where I just couldnt play. I eventually found a fix but I still had to reinstall. At 100gb I imagine a lot who got that bug just never gave it another chance.

i love this game, it is so fun, played for more than 3 updates. but sadly as time move on, I try out new games and other stuff and in the end i didnt have time to play this.
