I’m not familiar with Kinemaster. I use LumaFusion on my iPad. It will work on my iPhone too, but the iPhone screen is very small to see the details of your footage and the functions of LumaFusion.

You have two choices. You can go to the back of the harbor, park and launch for free at Baby beach or you can pay $20 to park and launch at the boat ramp. I recommend that you get to Baby beach prior to 6:30am for prime, free parking and easy kayak launch. Good luck! Let me know how your trip turns out🙂

Every month is good but I think right around Lobster season is a bit better! The pots are full of bait as the fish are more active around the reefs next to the pots. Just remember that the season for Sheephead is closed January and February in the southern region.

Your welcome and thanks for watching! I believe when fishing on a pier you do not need a license. You will need a license when fishing both fresh and saltwater from land, shore, boat, float tube, kayak etc.. I highly recommend that you have a look at the regulations set by the CA dept of fish and wildlife 🙂

@@SouthwestKayakFishing thank you, what size shrimp do you like to use of do you cut up into pieces? I watched the video but I don't recall seeing how you setup you rig. Again, great video...

You can just cut the shrimp to fit the hook. I use a knocker rig. Very simple, easy, and very effective!👍

Yes they sure are but I just didn’t want to deal with it between putting it on my stringer to pulling it in and out of the water when I go from kelp patch to patch to dealing with it when I get out of the water and then when I go home. It would have been easier to cut its fins off and keep it alive, but that would have been pretty cruel. If I would have dispatched it the flesh would have started to go bad during a long day on the water So it was easier to let it go and keep other species.
