Yeah fair enough, I mostly focus on opinion rather than tactics because from what I’ve seen a RU-vid audience mostly prefers that kind of style of video but I’d love to talk more about tactics if people prefer! Tactical issues are mostly that he is a type of manager whose tactics are based on his Middlesbrough days so he focuses on survival rather than winning. This team needs tactics that go for wins and doesn’t hold back. This is seen for example with constantly playing it round the back instead of trying to break through defensive lines. I’d love to put more of a tactical focus on future videos and if that’s what people want to see I’ll definitely deliver it! 😁 Thanks for the advice!

The complete disrespect to England's second most successful manager of all time "Someone with no football knowledge could take over this team and win" yet they never even got close to winning anything with their golden generation of Rooney, Owen, Scholes, Gerrard, Lampard, Terry, Cole, Campbell etc Its typical English arrogance to turn on a manager whos consistently putting in great performances in top tournaments, either finishing in one of the top spots or losing to a nation like France in a close quarter finals

I wouldn’t exactly say great performances, look at the most recent games and this England side should be a top nation yet cannot beat other good teams at that level…ever!

@@ThatFootballCommentator every time Southgate wins friendlies they dont matter and only once he losses one do they matter. You played very well against Bosnia and nobody seemed to talk about it. People just want the sensationalist headlines. "We can't beat anyone good". The last euros you beat Croatia, Czechia, Germany, Ukraine and Denmark before losing an extremely tight finals on penalties Its just arrogance to have this attitude that everybody else is shit and we should automatically beat them so those win don't count and then if we do lose to a top team, no matter how even the game is or how well we performed, the manager must be an idiot who cant do his job.

@@VictorMurp it’s not just the results it’s the style of play that I think upsets many. Southgate tactics don’t play into the hands of such a creative team he has the mind set of survival rather than fight to win. Of course fans don’t expect to win every game but with such a quality team it feels a quality manager is the missing piece of the puzzle to take England that one step further and towards glory

@@ThatFootballCommentator I would describe his style of play as tournament football. It's not flashy but it gets results and I don't think you can complain about that. Over the last 3 international tournaments, I don't think any team has been as consistently good as England. It's a lot to throw away because fans want something fast and flashy over defensively solid.

As a squad, england is probably the second best in europe behind france. But as a starting 11 they arent as good as portugal and are probably comparable with spain and germany.

I’d take Eddie Howe, we need a manager that is going to use this talent he’s absolutely useless! As for foreign managers I’d love Klopp, Tuchel, or Alonso but I don’t think any of them would be interested

Only real research error was on foreign managers the rest all accurate . Majority of this video isn’t factual but opinion based from an England fan and is more my own opinion then factual statements.
