Garfield has the nicest teddy bear ever: Pooky! Jack asks his dad for the same one but Mr. Allwork has got a better idea: as the CEO of Allwork Toys he's going to have Pooky duplicated and upgraded thanks to Dr. Bonkers who soon produces Robo-Pooky, the teddy bear of the future that can do anything from singing to performing Hamlet! Garfield simply hates it and turns it off. Yet, in the middle of the night, Robo-Pooky keeps startling him what with a story, a dance, a game of cards... when he actually sees the original Pooky in the closet! Quite mesmerized, Robo-Pooky immediately bows to the Grand Fore-Bear, kisses the teddy bear's feet and spreads the news. On the following morning, an army of Robo-Pookies is ringing Jon's doorbell.
