Probably for the engagement. The video before this one had 480k views and 1.4k comments, and this one has 1.8k comments despite 'only' having 397k views. Comments are very valuable to youtubers. Also, it's funny and unexpected, and he has a sense of humour like that

@@rosaluz8707 i think he just had the idea to put it in the video and did it. he IS a genuine sabrina carpenter fan after all (he has multiple songs of hers on his spotify playlists) so i highly doubt he did it solely for views/engagement. i mean, it's not even stated in the title or a part of the thumbnail. i think he just knows a lot of his audience enjoy her as well and would be pleasantly surprised over the espresso clips.
