I was in the last group to be quarantined in Atlanta. I tested positive and got sent to PI to be quarantined an extra week

I don't get why they don't just COVID test the recruits at MEPS. The quarantine makes no sense to me, especially since you still have permanent personnel at Parris Island going off base and potentially becoming infected. Then again, if everything we did made sense, we'd be the Army and not the Marines lmao
