Hi, Thanks for the video. Just subscribed to your channel. May I just ask, when doing translation do we always start with the start codon ( AUG ) when given with a sequence of mRNA? For example, if I have a sequence AUAUGGGCG, do I divide this into codon as AUA UGG GCG or should I start with my translation as AUG GGC and end with the stop codon? Thanks!
