For some reason I like to think that the genie goes to walk out of the room and he accidentally bumps into him on the floor eating his own ass, and then he dies.

Then after that, the police are called because a woman found the Genie's dead body. 911 operators tell the caller to attempt CPR until the paramedics arrive. She bumps into him sitting on the floor, eating his own ass. The police arrive on scene to find two untouched bodies, dead on arrival. They call in for backup and a forensics unit. They all run into him sitting on the floor eating his own ass. They all die, a memorial is still up in front of the building. They condemned that building that day, and the bodies were left inside to rot. Some say he's still in there...
