You wouldn’t believe how many older fans of hiphop argued w me that the first line was homophobic bc he SA’d a lesbian. And im a bi woman im like what if his girlfriend is bi. Old rap used to be so casual about assault/consent etc it never occurs to some 40 year olds that bisexuals exist
A lot of rappers say a lot of homophobic stuff, and the line is kinda like "I'm not racist, I have black friends" which isn't how it works so I guess he just wanted to make it extra clear
Reminds me of that one kid we all had in class that was always getting himself in trouble at school but was super sweet and down to earth otherwise. Y'all know exactly what kind of person I'm talking about.
Even when he talks it seems like he raps. Much respect to him for not being homophobic. Many rappers in the past have used homophobic lines to seem cool. Glad things are changing.
I genuinely think a lot of these celebrities only say stuff like this not to get canceled when deep down they feel much different than what they're portraying.
@@zmoneyzeroalright little boy i’ll let you off the hook this time but just know that i eat little kids like you for breakfast so ever come around and say some dumb shit like that, I wont be so nice
Bro W Central Cee this song is fire and I respect him even more for his stance against homophobia a lotta people don’t be doing that so it’s great to see fr
Yeah that's not how that works it's literally like saying I can't be racist I have a black friend 😂 but I am happy that his girlfriend opened his eyes because I had a friend's wife do the same thing I was friends with him before my transition and he offered me to come live with him and his wife was the one who kept trying to get him to understand what me being trans meant. She was very welcoming and I am very grateful she let me into her home and again her husband was already my friend we were friends for a long time. He just didn't understand when I told him I was trans.
as a queer person i really have no issue with it i love the song and as long as he understands what he’s saying and is being respectful i have no issue with it and i think i speak for a large amount of the queer community when i say that
You guys can say anything you want about him but he’s the best uk rapper I have ever heard I don’t lessen the rap but this music hits different and rip juice WRLD, and my boy rip xx
